For MCB we can calculate impedance of breaker by the chara but How we can calculate the impedance values of MCCBs?

When we reduce the selective short circuit value say from 5 to 3,it is observed that the impedance of the breaker can be increased above the ZS value thus avoid earthfault loop impedance error in amtech software.Do you know why it is happening.

Does section 37 imply that the switchgear industry i.e GOD DO, LBS, SFU industry shutdown ? Coz major market for manufactures was 11 kV and above ? And technically will a 11kV breaker 630Amps trip for an HT connection load of 70kva consumer ? In many places 11kV supply is given above 50kVA, how will a breaker trip for such low currents ? Secondly breakers are more maintenance prone than Switches. How to appeal to all these changes? Dont you think its something wrong ? In different parts of world till date Air break switches (Ab switch) is installed

Regarding electrical safety we have filed petitions before the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission, the State Human Rights Commission and the High Court. No response/orders from any authorities. At number of times when fatal accidents occur and a large number of persons killed, the government orders for high level enquiry. The enquiry report is submitted, but no action is taken on such reports. Just an attempt to befooling the public. Again an accident occurs and same ritualistic exercises are performed repeated. How to make people educated and aware to make the concerned authorities serious about their responsibilities is the main question before us. Please suggest some ways. Regards. sir, i have doubt regarding fire tower how may fire towers required, any specific area for each fire tower, please clarify in didn't found in NBC 16-Part-IV.

1: In the Hybrid mode the TVS are going to trigger before the GDT can ever kick in. The GDT will only kick in after the TVS fails. A better option is to use an Air inductor before the TVS to slow the rise in current to help prevent the TVS from over loading and shorting out. Another option is to use a PTC fuse to help limit the current if the device current need is low. Or using a set of fast blow fuses will also work, but those will need to be replaced after a significant TV event. I avoid using MOVs since they basically have a limited number of cycles. 2: Protection on the signal\antenna line becomes a problem using TVS do to the diode capacitance, which can cause issues for high data rate signials. Usually very small TVS diodes are used to keep the capacitance low, but this limits the amount of energy the TVS can handle.

BUt how you will collect data for continuous prediction.Do you think IOT appication will be economically possible for the eectrical safety.
