Practicing Freedom Fighter and Revolutionary
Oba Kline learning the KlineMethod
Oba doing his words at 19 months. Many parents are asking how to administer the flash cards. THe KlineMethod involves repetition, duration and frequency which enables us to spread the vocabulary, Anatomy(seen here), coupled with alphabets, counting(separate from symbols), Biology, Igbo, French, Physics, psychomotor skills, music(both symbols and notes) and Afrikan heroes until mastery. We don’t change cards until he’s mastered the first 10, then, with scaffolding, we add 10 facts on top. For example, Dr. Huey P. Newton is a hero card so once he masters the pic we move to where(geography) he was born. After 3x’s a day until he masters showing the pic and giving the place(Louisiana), we add...

No matter the evidence to prove otherwise, there’s still a small segment of our people that say Afrikan children are too young to learn advanced subject matter. Aren’t you glad we don’t listen? Here’s one of our new students demonstrating acceleration and finding the change in velocity. Stay Chiseled Fhaintl.org

This is why we need school vouchers but you negroes don't understand politics
I home this school hasn't change 🙏🏿
I miss your uploads on YT. Thank you for showing these glimpses into your school and what you're Young Scholars are capable of! I wish that I could come and work for you for a couple of years so that I can experience what it's like to be able to elevate my own teaching to such a level!
My young warrior
Where did you purchase the cards?
This is a Good thing. People who think he's too advanced or he might get bored with learning. I disagree. There is so much to learn in this world.so starting early like this just gives him a big jump.
THATS ME WHEN I WAS YOUNGER.LOLLLLLLLLLLLLL
That’s my little cousin! He’s 11 now
I certainly hope my grandson gets an opportunity to attend this school.
What methods do you use to teach addition, subtraction, and tables? Especially for the young children?
What time of the year is this? She should be able to read those and more...shes 5. Those are Pre-pimer words...which means theyre not 1st grade words.
This video was uploaded in March, so it was probably taken around that time. I understand your sentiment, but as someone who owns waaaay too many 1st grade texts, learn-to-read programs and has been involved in Education for ~10 years, I have to say that those *are* 1st grade words. Those words are grouped phonetically so it makes sense that they would be in the 1st grade program for dozens of publishers--especially if the program is teaching phonetically. As for why FHA posted this, I can only guess (because I'm not affiliated with this group and have no way of knowing for sure) but I guess that they want all ability-levels to have a chance to shine. Since MOST of the 5yos in the Freedom Home Academy videos are reading much higher level words and more complex passages. Such as seen here ruclips.net/video/X2qpnHxLQ-I/видео.html and here ruclips.net/video/XD2r7G1L4no/видео.html and here ruclips.net/video/f7vZD4jvDHM/видео.html It makes sense that some students (such as students new to the program) would perform closer to "standardized grade level" But when you have high standards--like at Freedom Home Academy and other associated schools, it's important to celebrate each child even while they are on the path to achieve the standards. If you only wait until they are high performers to offer positive attention, praise and give them a "spotlight" you will wear down many of the students and their families. Can you imagine being the only 5yo who reads at 'typical 5yo level' in your school? Never getting a chance to display what you can do, simply because it's "not as good as" what the other kids your age can do? How would a parent feel if their 5yo told them "Teacher calls on the other kids because they are good readers, but I never get to read in class." So, while these are "small, basic or easy" words, I do think that the young lady is impressive. She's reading with confidence. She knows what she knows and I'm happy for her. I'm sure that if she stayed at FHA and her family continued to support her, that she eventually went on to achieve high levels of literacy for her age/expected grade. Again, I don't know this child, her family or her school. But I've seen what FHA does over the years (through their videos) and I'm sure that if this young lady and her family stuck to it--or switched to a program with similarly involved teachers and high standards--that she is doing just fine academically.
S jg a red pass it on.
Great!
This is beautiful ! My only question is ..Is this baby understanding/articulating what he is reading? ..magnificent job nonetheless! Keep shinning!

That's my son!
Maybe he doesn't conform to arbitrary European standards? or maybe he's just from the south.
Great Job Marcus keep up the good work. I have a newborn due in March 2013 do you have any suggestions. I pulled my 3 sons out of Public School January 2012. I'm looking for a good curriculum for my 5, 9, and 11 year old any suggestions.
This is so great and has been needed for so long, but what i can't understand is why does the man giving the instructions sound so illiterate, He's obviously intelligent but the child and children sound like they have better diction than the individual that has been chosen to represent the Freedom Home Academy, I was thinking that maybe that's on purpose so we could see how Black children could end up talking without this advance training. I'm from the streets of Watts and South Central L.A,
This is what happens when Black People take their destiny into their own hands. We need more independence and homeschooling if we are to truly be free. No independence, no freedom, its that simple. Need more brothers like Marcus Kline in the world.
