No it can not transfer and yes I do have a silicone also vinyl and silicone can share I know this stuff based off of experience! I hope this helped :) her name should be elli

Here’s a tip always wash the clothes before you use them just like you would for a real baby and yourself if using between a vinyl and silicone again wash the outfits before putting them on a silicone baby also if you are using specific clothes for the silicone baby store them separately as a precaution.

I've heard that if you are going to put dark clothes on your silicone baby you should wash the clothes first so they don't bleed onto your baby and also that you should have clothes only for your silicone baby and not shared clothing with vinyl reborns because I have watched a lot of how to care for silicone reborns since I will be getting my first one next week from Ashton Drake so I hope this helped you😊 and congratulations on your new baby girl she's really cute❤😊.
