My feet has normal arch, what type of insoles suits my foot ?

I have these but mostly use the original and the Slims...So, I can use them depending on the shoe and what's going on with my feet and legs. SUPERIOR products all around!!!

This is a superior OTC orthotic! They are made of EVA and flexible/semi-rigid. They have a new "softer" version. I use the regular "high arch" and the slims and I LOVE THEM ALL. I've spent a ton of $$ on custom orthotics which have been too HARD...ruined my feet at one point...If they made these with a Morton's extension I'd buy that, too..and drop using the carbon plate under my one foot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these after YEARS of searching!!

Baloney!, I've had heel pain & numbness & pain in both legs , lower back , middle back , neck, pain n & numbness in both arms & legs , hardly able to walk without upright walker, this has been going on every since January 2022 right after covide, I try to stand up & walk get light headed & I've passed out & fallen multiple times, seen all kinds of doctors, no cure & I've tried orthotics & no relief !!!!

So, it's about a year later. I just purchased two more units (one of each) because of the attractive Labor Day sale. I still wear the more aggressive model in my work boots and the less aggressive model in all my other shoes and sneakers. My problem foot was my left foot. The pain was getting rather sharp by the end of the workday before using this product and was bothering me considerably. When I started using them, I immediately felt some relief and I was very encouraged, as the pain almost immediately became soreness without any sharpness. Over time the pain has diminished. I have worn these things every day, even in my house Croc's and I can honestly say that the pain is now completely gone. I am very pleased with my purchase!!

So I've been wearing my inserts for two work days. My feet were a bit sore yesterday, but hardly at all today. Not bad considering I haven't adhered to the break in period recommended, as it would be rather difficult for me because I work outdoors in a trade. My plan was to circumvent the break in period a bit by buying the less aggressive version first and then possible graduating to the more aggressive model later and it seems to be working. With that said, I just got home from work and my heal, my knees and my hips are noticeably better. I am very happy so far and if the trend continues I am planning on perhaps getting a couple more pairs for my house slippers and other shoes.

I just received my orthotics after ordering. I am looking to trying them out tomorrow. A little pricey, but not really when considering that you would need to go to a Dr visit before being able to get anything remotely close to it. Happy to buy a product made in America!

A shame. That there isn't more views and comments for this product. All the videos I see for this are very low key with few views (relative). These insoles were a life changer. I honestly thought that at age 50, that once a hard wiry fibrous tissue was torn or injured, it would never fully heal. The resignation to having this pain all of the time was depressing. After 1 year of wearing these insoles, I'm pain free in my feet again. Amazing product. I don't even have to use the calf muscle stretcher anymore.
