I just stumbled onto this video while looking for tips on cleaning post depressive episode and it’s so refreshing seeing someone with an imperfect home where it looks like people actually live (I don’t mean this in a rude way at all, your home is nice). When I try to find motivation for cleaning and only see these perfect influencer homes with a tiny bit of mess I just feel ashamed and get even more demotivated. So thank you for that. How would you recommend staring when you’re feeling super overwhelmed? Like I feel so bad about how my apartment looks, it’s really bad, but I don’t know where to even begin. I can’t afford hiring someone to help and I don’t have any friends or family nearby that I can ask. How do I begin without overwhelming myself? Also, I’m very sorry about your dad, even though this is an old video.

Hello Ashley! I definitely agree with you about the furniture and the dogs it is more work but you can replace furniture but not your dogs. My Staffy is 14 years old and now she is incontinent.
