Not good enough. You should also show us how to put the the transaction through without data connection. Guess a safe bet is using a local SIM card unless it's done by the Wechat app but I strongly doubt it. Anybody? BTW, ever try to open a local bank account, put RMB money in then bind it to Wechat app? If possible, that would be the best coz saving a lot of money on bank transaction fee, currency conversion fees. There is No Wechat charge if the transaction is under RMB$200 otherwise it's 3%. No free lunch.
