@Mypioneeringlife Thanks! Cut out sweets, changed to low sodium rye bread, cut out chips. Chris, Viv and I are doing a 30 day challenge with exercise.
@@insidebillyshead sounds great! Keep it up. We are cutting out enriched flour from our diets as well as increasing the amounts of vegetables and protein that we consume. Keeping an eye out for weird ingredients in our foods as well.
