Decided to officially create my own account so I can double post some of my music from Grantham street band [me and my friends band] to here as well.
- I play a variety of instruments including Guitar, Bass, Drums, and somewhat of the keyboard🎸🥁🎹
I have two bands, one which is fairly inactive, and of course GRANTHAM STREET BAND!!!😎😎😎
Hope you guys enjoy and I will keep this updated as often as possible.

The Minneapolis May Day Parade of 2023 was a success! I enjoyed getting to see how many people showed up to watch. The memories I’ve had of watching this parade over the years is amazing. I love Minneapolis.

Metallica version is way better, but i like the Mechanix intro riff.
I'll admit that 4 hourseman has the better vocals and bass. That's a credit to james and cliff, not the band. If you prefer the slowly pace and more pronounced notes then that is fine too. However in raw energy mechanix is far above and beyond with better guitar and drums. The point of mechanix in its final version is to show that dave can thrash harder, faster and better than the guys who kicked him out. He succeeded.

Mechanix is so much faster and punk, while The Four Horsemen it's better written, but if you put Mechanix in a show house the headbangers gone wild, not like Whiplash or Fight Fire With Fire but they go (haha) But let's be honest, Dave's vocals on Mechanix are stupidly ridiculously horrendous. That's what ME like more The Four Horsemen (besides the other riffs)
All this plagiarism is for metalica, because call of ktulu and 4 horsemen are mustaine's creations But Lux Aeterna surprised me

Without Megadeth? Dave was part of Metallica, so your comment doesn't really makes sense. Megadeth exists only because of Metallica, because Dave was kicked out. Otherwise, Dave would still be in Metallica today. I love both bands though.

i will always like Four Horsemen more just because james' vocals fit the song better imo. althoug the faster tempo of mechanix is also nice.

Yes but the riff from « when » hasn’t been stolen, because mustaine wrote « the call of ktulu » main riff when he was in metallica, he has been credited for writing it.

Can someone explain why "Time" is a horsemen? It has never made any sense to me.
You can outlast a famine, or survive pestilence, but you can't escape time it comes for us all.
Four Horsemen is probably a better song overall, but I like the Mechanix take on the riff better with the faster tempo.

There is no comparison Metallica will always be better than Megadeth in every single way and the fact that Dave has still not let it go, is all the proof you need. But if that isn’t enough, just listen to the music, it speaks for itself

I like seeing the 2 sides. Found an earlier comment saying they prefer the lyrics to The Four Horseman, but (as a fan of both bands), prefer the lyrics of Mechanix. The double entendre lyrics are awesome to me. I appreciate both bands for existing, and I likely wouldn't change anything to just keep it how it is music wise
I like them both, mechanix makes me full of energy and want to like bench press 300 lbs but the four horseman’s bass goes so hard it’s so heavy

I was simply stating that I like the Mechanix better as a song because of its speed and energy, while The Four Horsemen had better lyrics.

@@Kos4Evr They couldn't even sell tickets in Europe in 1983 off the back of kill em all (of which Dave only wrote 4 songs) they got signed to a major label after ride the lightning (of which Dave only wrote 2 riffs) released there most accomplished album in 1986 (no Dave songs), got Grammy nominations from a new album in 1988 (no Dave songs) and created rhe biggest selling metal album of all time in 1991 (no dave songs) so how on earth did his songs make them famous?
