Did you reprogram the throttle and brake end points after changing the receiver/transmitter
i actually had weak batteries that were the isasue, but i did reprogram them yes

Well the tires look good sucks about the breakdown
Motor plate upgrade to do 0.50 motor is a must. The little 0.30 motor burns out pushing those worm gears on diffs.
