One moment I think gets overlooked character wise is Gwen realizing she's buried alive... Think about it, the cast wasn't competing, there were just a few small cameos this season, by all means we can assume they just went home until called upon. Gwen just wakes up, implying she was taken there in her sleep and has no idea what is going on... But the instant she realizes she's buried alive she knows it's Chris' fault.
