Everybody refers to Obama as "President Obama." Why do we refer to Donald Trump as "Former President Trump"?

I watched this entire video. Outside of the context of this being on Daystar, a Christian network, there’s nothing in tone, language or information that would make me think Lance is a Christian. I heard no love or grace in 30 minutes. But that makes sense when he supports a candidate that is the antithesis of Christ and His Gospel.

Would the consecration passage in Leviticus 14:14, Deuteronomy 15:16,17 and Leviticus 8:22,23 be related to what occurred to President Trump? Could the blood in the right ear and right thumb signify cleansing of the past, becoming a bond servant of the Lord and consecration. Right ear might represent hearing and obeying, right thumb might signify deeds. President Trump shed blood from his ears and touching his ear blood was transferred to his fingers.
