For some reason this feature it selects by itself once in a while . I’ve found it in 2 cars and saved one of the customer £900 for repairs. If your touchscreen stops working but buttons and other features works check this first.

Do voice inputs like Siri and navigation still come through when set on Bluetooth Audio? Ive seen other modules support Bluetooth Audio for music but when you use Siri or navigation or anything that involves voice prompts then you can't hear it. Maybe you can take a video of going through those specific features as other companies claimed this a while ago but ended up with the same issue when tested. Also work with android phones and android auto or only iPhone and carplay for Bluetooth audio??
