Geo Loop How Ground Source Heat Pumps Work Explained
Great show, the real deal, thank you both very much I had a crazy occasion one time, the controller combined with some mis-wiring had both NO split valves random cycling every 1-2 minutes during winter, it was causing this violent liquid hammer that I thought was gonna break a line and blow off like a gran ole uproar, thankfully I shut it down in time

Carrier bought Tyler Refrigeration in the 1990’s and then closed it and now they are back in supermarket refrigeration.
I'm starting up one in Warner Robbins Georgia. The Ke2s keep flooding the rack working with ke2 to get these set up properly. I'm not a fan of the low temp comps discharging into flash tank instead of medium temp suction.
That’s what I have been hearing about the green and cool racks. I did an intergration on a 10 year old on up in NorCal using e3 and it was a pain in the ass. The PLC in my opinion over complicated. The seems to be a Walmart or Sam’s

I have a question could we have the system under vacuum before charge the system with glycol ?
Like the actual glycol section ?
yes, the second stages under vacuum. also have another question, how to pressurize the glycol stage for test. ?

Is there a way to make the E3 display mimic that of an E2? Same layout display..
This is awesome. I have a transcritical c02 coming up starting September 9 with these case controllers. Thank you so much!

Is there any way to get in contact with this guy? We have Gunter Adiabatic Fluid Coolers and I have multiple GMM’s with ‘Fan Cable Break’ alarms

Wireshark is a good utility to have for BACnet. Contemporary controls makes nice BACnet routers as well as B + B Electronics (now part of Advantech) along with higher end converters than say from Amazon.
Change the tile point you can in any user.
The EEPR has to be on the most right card. Doesn’t matter if you have 1 or 3.
Guys may I please have the discussion with Tyler enviorguards at Costco but retro from R22 to 407f with a evap condensor in Arizona . Most of the stores consist of horizontal receiver no liquid header utilizes a sub cooler setpoints 50 . Yea it has spr valves at the queen valve and after the king valve after that spr valve is the OLDR-20 . Previous contractors label latent gas and hot gas on that head from the receiver . Down stream is the A9 valve hot gas bypass to receiver to raise liquid pressure if need be . Most stores switch to micro Thermo which I’m barely learning . But where the F@&$ do I start to correct the existing issues . I’m talking about any situation to many defrost at once . Txv screens being cleaned . Evaporators plugged etc. ESR valves at all of the suction circuits except for the POS freezers . I’m just not getting the setup . Not to mention the add ons for produce or deli cases put on the rack I mean really they needed hot gas for the produce walk-in cooler ?? Wtf man Tyler model P130-323
@@Stitch_Luver8 It's up there somewhere
An important point was missed. The GWP effect is when there is a LEAK! not while it's in the system. When & IF it leaks when there is a fire, it will propagate the fire!!! Also, very important flammable A2L (R32 or R454B) might and could INTERNALY explode. This is true if the vacuum process (must be higher than R410A an A1 class non-flammable, non-explosive class) is not perfect (presence of moisture/oxygen) as when compressed the temperature could reach the lubricating OIL ignition temperature, and in the presence of flammable refrigerant (any A2, A2L or worse A3) the oil might ignite the flammable refrigerants! This possibility will not exist if A1 class non-flammable refrigerants are present. Neil Afram Director of Space Air Ltd. distributor of AC & Heat Pumps since 1980. Relevant rules & regulations: ASHRAE 34/15 & ISO 817/5149

Have seen factory install the wrong fan blades in coffin freezer cases, thus moving too much air and spilling air out of the case. Ambient air now makes up the loss and creates a huge load on the coil. Pressure drop is huge. Keep up the good work guys. Jim, Micro Thermo (retired)

Ok just correction on this. Description file is e2 world and ADF file is e3/ site supervisor. There is a big difference total different file they can’t be crossed linked between e2 or e3. Kevin is correct you have to load the ADF file before the license you can’t load the ADF file off the e3 you have to have the file before hand unless you have connect plus access. The license has to be regenerated by Copeland/Emerson, they won’t charge you since the license is already bought in the other e3.
I'll say it again, I thought I was up on Co2 but maybe you guys are working above UK operational stats but Gee you go into things that I wouldn't consider> We have some systems using CCMs as an EPR and I always worry what could happen if the system stops (power goes off) and the CCM is almost closed but the fact you're thinking about this and putting in a check back to the HP side, is frankly inciteful/thoughtful and you made me think... However, we here are swapping CCMs for mechanically backed valves so they aren't reliant on a backup voltage to open, don't get me wrong.. there are some restrictions to this operation including the failure of the Mech device but it's much safer that what a lot of companies have done over here.. I'm really taking on board your chats.... Thank you!
glad you're digging it bro.... cheers
