Just wanted to put my opinion out there (not that my opinion really matters) because I feel a lot of people are under informed as to the reality of raw milk and the benefits it has to offer. I'm just your average joe so don't take medical advice or anything from me of course. If your curious, do some research before coming to a conclusion. Raw milk has helped me alot, and it could help you too.

Really let myself say 7 week challenge and not correct it. I will not be stopping cold plunging and will continue uploading videos like these and post milestones such as 1 month and beyond.

There was no hiding the pain in this one. The pain of the cold... and the pain of my hairline.

I don't mean to judge or criticize anyone in this video, every person is free to do as they wish. I just feel like no one talks about coffee addiction and just wanted to put it out there. Cold plunging is becoming my solution to grogginess is the morning and I wanted to let people know that it could work for them as well. Endure on friends.

I'm surprisingly enjoying these more then I thought I would. The challenge is satisfying to endure.
