Just a guess but I think the thing she's carrying in the bag at the beginning is Fishbones (the bag is about the right size and shape for it), which in the Arcane canon would be a *very* hot commodity (and worth hiding in a bag) as one of only 4* Hextech weapons in existence at the end of S1. *Fishbones, Vi's Atlas gauntlets, Jayce's hammer, Viktor's laser arm.
