Make some Scrappy Notepads with your Paper Scraps!
I use handkerchiefs to clean my glasses- 😮😊
🤦🏻♀️Why didn’t I think of that? Genius!
What a great haul! You got me in the mood to go Thrifting, but I need to get rid of stuff before I get more ha ha ha😊
I totally understand! What I’m finding out is that if I want to keep this new thing, it has to have a home. If the stuff I have is already taking up too much space, I have to get rid of something to make space! At least that’s a motivator for me! 😃
I enjoyed watching your video and seeing all your amazing treasures. I hope you get around to filming your craft room tour soon.
Thank you so much for watching! I’m trying to get things in order because it’s a hot mess! But I do have organized spaces hidden behind everything. Lol 😂
You found some amazing stuff.
Thank you. I love exploring new thrift stores. So fun!
@@AmiRuth_Treasures those little embroidered carrots would look good in a cookbook journal too.
That’s a great idea! Thanks!
Fun finds! The cars and people pegs are from the game of Life 😊.

Thank you so much! There’s still much that can be done, but I had to stop somewhere! 😁
Wow!! This is coming along beautifully ❤❤😊
I love this idea❤❤ I have a bunch of security envelopes too. What do you think about putting them in a 3 ring binder? Thank you for sharing ❤️ 😊
That’s a good idea. Then the pages would be easy to remove or change. Thanks for watching! 😃
Fun stuff. I had skirts made from that '78 Simplicity pattern. Even had the high boots. I was in high school then. Wondering where the Mennonite thrift store is. There's one close to me but not the same one (price tags are different). Happy Anniversary.
Thank you. I think that’s great to see patterns of clothing you once wore. The one I went to is in DeRidder, LA. The name is Back Home Collections.
🤩 coming along really great, thanks greatly for sharing your fun crafting ideas 😍🙃🐨
Thank you so much! It’s really been fun figuring this out.

Thank you! I’m excited to see how this is going to turn out.
Something new to me anyway! Love it!❤ Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely. I’m sure there are so many ways to use these types of envelopes!
Have you tried to use the Scan & Cut machine ?
No, I haven’t. I’d rather just cut them out by hand. I’m not fond of electronic craft tools. I guess I’m old school. 😄
Great idea! I use the chip board to wrap all my fabric around and then I store it on bookshelves.
Thanks! I have a way of storing fabric that is very similar. I will make a video about that soon.
😮 wowee, what a brilliant idea, well done 👏 🎉thanks greatly for sharing, take care crafty friend 🧡 's from the land down under 🙃 🐨
Thank you for watching!
Thanks for sharing your organization ideas it really helps!
Thanks for watching! Organizing things makes crafting much more functional.
Beautiful lace! I love organization videos!😊❤
Thanks! Now that I can see what I’ve got, I’m looking forward to using it more.
Great share Ami! Yes please do more organization videos.
Thanks! Will do!
I have done this but I dont use the tape thing....I pin them also and I put them in a basket and store them on shelves ...if you have other storage options please show us would love to learn...I do my fabric also on cardboard and put them in baskets..and put my fat quarters in little baskets also...
I love that! I will definitely be sharing more videos like this. 😃
Great ideas.
Thank you!
Stunning journal! The doily is a great idea. You can soak your seam binding in water or coffee, roll it in a tight ball held with rubber bands, let it dry and it should crinkle for you.
Thanks for the info! I’ll try that.
Congratulations to Susan. It's a beautiful journal. Thank you for. 😊
Susan, what a wonderful keepsake you have made, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Not only is it pretty to look at, but the heart that you put into this precious journal surely shows. Thank you for sharing this with us.
VERY NICE! Susan did a beautiful job on her first journal!
Susan is very talented. If you didn't say it was her first journal, I would have thought she had been making journals for decades.
Lovely journal!
Such fun finds! So many rings! The journal you're working on is so pretty! Did you use glossy accents to make it shiny?
Thank you! Yes, that is exactly what I used! I also used a clear wink of Stella for the water in the fountain. 😃
This is something I loved ! Thank you for an idea for memories !
Thanks for watching.
@@AmiRuth_TreasuresI wonder how you got all those pages to stick in that little book ? I love most of your lessons .this one put me to start my first , an inspiration and your story touching as so many have a voice of pain ❤
Love the idea. I have tons of old patterns!
That’s awesome! Thanks for watching.
These can get boring to slowly watch reason why not torture anyone like showing the glueing each one cut piece to a page ,when you could instruct to do the rest glue and go on to tell what you use doing one ! Then you could go on to show by another one how to do something different ! At least you told the name of glue
Thank you for the constructive criticism. Noted.
I don’t need to hunt for old vintage patterns because I’ve kept all my patterns from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. They are still useful. I only wish I had kept the clothes I made way back then.
Wow! I bet you have quite the collection!
Such a great use for wallpaper borders! The shaped border is so fun!
Thank you for watching! 😃
Fun finds! OMGoodness, I love the jewelry tree, so cool!
Thank you so much! I’ll do a video on it when I get through making it. 😃
