I bought a Topton computer on Aliexpress and I can tell you all, as per the advice: IT'S NOT WORTH BUYING, LOW QUALITY PRODUCT AND NO TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. I BOUGHT IT AND THROWED MY MONEY AWAY!

In Brazil there is no technical assistance for Topton, it is a complementary product. I bought it on Aliexpress, it didn't even last a year of use and it was wasted money. This brand has no quality at all, I don't recommend it.

Topton devices, a computer was purchased from Aliexpress, the product arrived defective, several attempts were made to repair and return it, nothing came of it. Advice from a friend, LAPTOP TOPTON LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS, WITHOUT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE I WAS SCAMMED NOW A WARNING IS AWARE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPUTER BRAND, IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

Thanks for the comment, there are several reports of complaints about this Topton brand! Be careful as this is a low quality product, I also had problems with TOPTON COMPUTER.

Hi, I purchased an Avaka R3 after watching various videos on RUclips. Unfortunately a disaster. Under warranty the battery burned out for no apparent reason. I always kept the bike dry and always recharged with its charger. I contacted the company's warranty assistance (the incident happened and was reported before the expiration of one year, complete with a response to take charge from gogobest) but I did not receive any response. After my continuous emails and chat tickets they told me that they had not received any emails and that the battery was no longer under warranty. Forget about having assistance if you buy a gogobest bike. Terrible experience is an understatement. Obviously I will report it to the competent office in the European community because gogobest's behavior is unacceptable and does not guarantee the assistance and guarantee that are required by law in the European community. I definitely advise against the purchase. I hope this comment is useful for those who want to evaluate the purchase of this bike or other gogobest bikes knowing that they are purchasing a bike without assistance and guarantees. I hope that gogobest mends its ways by providing the warranty assistance required as per European standards

Have purchased this item,with updating the firmware not an option,mine is android 11 pre installed,maybe update the preloaded apps on playstore,another issue i had is with the usb input,i was hoping it would play from the usb such as media mp4 mkv avi but not sure if the usb has to be formatted to exfat or fat32?for it to read,have looked around for any info but nothing,so other than that great little unit,also you can do developer options aswell,set your time and date in order for playstore to work and good to go,still learning on this device tho😁
