Your Great Video
uncontusal law this is give to us by a Marxist lestist
The reputation chop shop which is more often misused than needed is the baker act. Used to steal inheritance and keep victims on pharma dope so they will have too much difficulty with awareness of close to them covert abusers. I will have the law abolished along with other in the know analysts and critical thinkers.
I was wrongfully detained under the Baker Act in a hospital. I went to an ER and they detained me for 72 hours. I believe it’s because I told them I was Bipolar. The hospital records said I told them that I was having a manic “attack” which is terminology I would never use. I was there for a seizure….
straight to jail

can someone who has been baker acted and no extension of hospitalization and baker act has expired can said person still apply for a cwfl
Hi, can you email CommunityRelations@PeaceRiverCenter.org to clarify what CWFL means? If it is a concealed weapons permit, we found this information: Statement for disqualification: If they have been adjudicated incapacitated under Section 744.331, Florida Statutes, or similar laws of any other state; committed to a mental institution under Chapter 394, Florida Statutes, or similar laws of any other state; or adjudicated mentally defective in any court, you are not eligible for licensure unless you have received federal relief from disabilities.
I need an exit plan. We own a house together. He does not work but receives a very small ssi check ad he also has a mental illness. He does not want to get treatment for neither. I bring in the majority of income. We have 9 year old who is terrify of hi mwhen he drinks. Abusive talk is too much. Emotional and financial abuse. Police comes and do nothing because there is no physical abuse. I am TIRED. I want to divorce and separation. How do I do it as he has nowhere else to go. I was told the Bakers Act is just a bandaid plan.
Michelle, please email us with this information at CommunityRelations@PeaceRiverCenter.org. We will connect you with resources. You should then delete this comment given how much personal information it contains.
Go to your local sheriffs office or police department and talk with them about the abuse. Considering your child is terrified of him you can file a protection order where he cant come so many feet near you or the child. This will give you 6 months to a year to take care of everything you need to do ...file for divorce and so on. Talking to your local DA's office is another avenue you can take to get help for your abuse and protection. Good luck!
Hi Eric this is a great service. Thank you so much for your webinar.
