To anyone interested in buying any Xaoimi Robot Vaccum with a mop, don't do it. We bought pur S10+ robot vacuum mop directly from the Xaoimi store in Sandton City. Took it home, and it didn't dispense water properly from the start.. We researched it online. MANY people all over the world have the same issue with the water tank not dispensing water to the pads. There are even poor reviews on Hello Peter. (Our mistake for not looking for the negative reviews) some people are on their 3rd replacement machine already. The guy in the store fought us on the fact that he has never heard of any of their robot vacuums having issues. We bought the robot vacuum on the 21st of September 2024 returned it today (3 weeks later) in th hope that we get our money back. The store is not willing to refund us because we didn't bring the product back in 7 days of purchasing, they will send it in for repairs first. If it cannot be repaired they will replace it. There is no alternative other than to send it for repair and hope it works. This is a design flaw in the product. When tested in the shop, they confirmed water was not dispensing. The machine was not broken due to our negligence or abuse to the machine.

So I have this robot and there is no option to activate Y Shape cleaning route, no manual nothing. It is shame that somehting adveritsed dont have explanation, should I activat this or it is already activated. Because now the robot dont do nothing similart to what is shown here

In my s10 I had a problem that the dust bin is not installed, someone knows what I can to do to fix it? I’ve already reinstalled and restored everything.

Hi to empty the dustbin on the S10 you have to pry off air filter. Is there a compatible dustbin that is hinged? I dont need mopping function...so dont need to worry about water compatrment.... so is there any other model such as E10 dustbin that is hinged that would fit the S10?

Why is there no control over the voice settings?

I avoid Xiaomi phones now now because its installed apps (like file manager, video, music) will force you to watch advertisement.

I have w problem with my device. When i choose option vacuum and mop, and i select area prohibited for mopping, it doesn't even enter selected area to vacuum it, even tough its only closed for mopping. Anyone can help please?

Olá obrigado pelo video! O meu quando inicia no modo de sucção turbo ele fica uns 10 minutos só depois cai pro médio e nao funciona mais no turbo, só se reiniciar a limpeza. Sabe dizer se todos S10 são assim? Obrigado desde ja, abraço!

I bought 1 nd fst it scand the house quickly but didnt clean all the areas of the house until the 3rd cleaning and doesnt move in zigzag or y shape. just forward and it rotates..is that normal
