Hello I wonder if someone can assist. I have this device, bought a couple of weeks ago. Several times now during the day the step count has gone back to zero. This is incredibly frustrating as I can't remember how many steps I was doing. I've set the time and date. I've no idea what's happening. Thanks
Ive never had it do that. The only thing I can think of is the am/pm is switch around since it goes back to zero at midnight.

The bands that come with it aren't long enough for the top of the arm, but it does count miles.

how do you reset the counters (for example the steps) so you can start from zero next day?
It resets at midnight automatically. If you want it to reset sooner the only way I have found to do that is to change the time to midnight, let it tick over, then change the time to what you want.

I can't get this to work. I'm returning mine.
The point of trouble I had was tightening the cable, then lifting the one step and tightening again. So that the step then engaged. It's not explained well in the included instructions.

Just got it today for my son but he can't turn off the ligh
We don't use ours much since the part that you look through broke off but it appears the on off button can stick. I found if you push the top of the button a bit down while pushing to turn it off it unsticks. I hope that helps 🙂
