Yes it is, I would suggest getting a capture card as there is sometimes delay as to when your voice matches the camera.

Too glitchy, too few cars and tracks, poor upgrade system, which lacks options and gives you excessively unused car points that are trash, bad menus.... handles well but thats one aspect.
Looking back, I agree on the poor upgrade system and too few tracks. The car points and menus could use some more improvements. The game defo has some improvements to do. 👍
