Is this resort more of a quiet atmosphere, or does it get crazy noisy ?
It was quiet when I was there. It is off Palm beach area where all the shops and restaurants are but close to the very beginning.

There’s no palapas I saw online it shows they have some?
I believe they added some since last August when I was there.
Was there any sewage smell there?

Thank you! The food was pretty good. I only had lunch but it was yummy especially with that view😊.

Is it a far walk from the rooms to the pool area?
The rooms are centered around the pools but it's a pretty big resort so I'd say it depends on where your room is located. I can assist with booking and making a special request to be closer to pool area.

This is a wonderful video. I watched it before going and appreciated it. However, after having now been to the Divi and Tamarijn All Inclusive resort I would not recommend it. Yes, the beaches are lovely and the accommodations nice. But the food is awful! So awful my entire family got food poisoning from one of the restaurants there (the Palm Grill). We were received little compassion and little compensation. I would reconsider staying here.
Thank you! Oh wow! Sorry to hear that your family got sick. Aruba has great restaurants with incredible food but sometimes food at the all inclusive resorts aren’t comparable.

There are elevators in the 3-4 story buildings.

Is the hotel in the island? What time is it open the island that is?
The hotel is located in downtown Oranjestad. You have to take a ferry boat over to the island. I think it stays open until 6. If staying at the hotel, you have access to the private island. If not staying, you can purchase tickets.
Is there a beach on the downtown part where the hotel is?

I really want to know if a butler is work the extra money? Main concern is making reservations for meals..is it hard to do yourself or is the butler necessary? I don’t think we are butler people honestly..thank you and enjoy your video❤
As a travel agent I wanted to get the butler experience to share with my clients. We realized that we aren’t butler people as well. If you feel the same, you can definitely enjoy the resort without adding that additional cost. As for reservations, I would recommend making them as soon as you check in. You can check out the restaurants beforehand so you have a game plan upon arrival. I’d love to assist with helping you plan out your vacation. They have mini fridges in both and water bottles.

Is there a stove, pots and pans in each of these rooms? I’m only seeing a microwave and a big fridge.
The 1 and 2 bedroom there aren't but the 3 bedroom has a cooktop and stove so there are all the amenities of home to cook meals.
How did you get the free tour of all the rooms?! 😊

Went here with my dad and his wife, this resort was great! I loved the beach, and all the friendly staff! Super accommodating! We went in May, of last year. The only bad thing was, about four days into our vacation, I tested positive for covid. Somewhere along the line, I ended up getting sick 😂. I was the ONLY confirmed case on the resort too. I must've caught it long before we even got there, it just hadn't hit me until later. BUT, besides that horrid experience, it was still a great vacation 😂.

I don’t believe the fridge is stocked but you are able to bring your own drinks to add to the fridge. It is all inclusive so really no need to bring your own unless you prefer a specific brand.
would you say that the beach is better at Divi vs. Tamarijn?
I liked the Divi better. Tamarijn seemed more rocky but we actually spent the day at Divi Beach and enjoyed it very much.
Tamarijn is more rocky but both are spectacular

do they have live shows at night ?
I don't think they have nightly shows but the Divi has movie nights and they share exchange privileges.

No it’s not all inclusive but it does have breakfast included as well as a complimentary cocktail hour each day-2 drinks and light snacks.

It’s actually not that far especially using the shuttle. This is a great option for those looking to be centrally located to shops and restaurants and well as economically friendly.
