Lewis guns were used by both US and British however, US mostly used M1918 BARs.
8:03 I am not sure but I believe it is a dadao
Nice job with the wall angle!! It’s unique to see a builder do anything other than the usual trench moc with dirt/wooden walls. You should add an underground dugout or shelter next!
Thank you for the kind words! I had a lot of fun building this one and have plans for more trenches soon!
WHERE ARE THE RATS?!?!!?? I like your addition of bench or step to actually be able to fire out of the trench
SO TRUE! I am saving the rats for a nastier trench build. The concrete German trenches on the Western Front were considerably nicer than others. But yes, they had rats too.
Looks good
It would be cool if you made a discord server
thank you! i builded a turret design for sherman firefly, but it was terrible, and you helped me so much!!!!
That’s awesome! You’re very welcome!
You don't even need to ask, you already have my sub! 😉
Thank you so much! Much love! ❤️
Nice customs
It's a good model, because is made from common elements, a had an interior and working turret. Great job, you've made a model which has a great potential when it comes to customization
Thanks so much!!❤
Amazing
Also the rifle the doughboys came with IS an American rifle, the 1903 Springfield. You are keen eyed to assume it’s German because it basically was a copy of the Mauser. And the Lewis gun is an American design, the British just really really liked it
It is a Brickarms German Gewehr 98 with bayonet. Looks EXTREMELY similar but I have confirmed that it’s German because I was confused as well. I wish it WAS a Springfield though. Need some more of those lol.
This made me miss BF1
Cool
I know im late but this is one of if not the best build i have ever seen, i absolutely love specially how you made the inside. Hi from Mexico.
That means so much to me! Thank you so much! I worked really hard to make it functional for MOCs and such. Much love! ❤️
@reesephilips6141 Likewise friend
Cool
Nice
i made one thank you so much
I dont know why but i built the tank the same way ypu did and the tracks keep getting caught to i had yo raise the shassy for it to work properly and its still not working... :|
Nevermind I fixed it it's ok
Ok cool! I have found that the small details matter IMMENSELY when it come to track design. Also the brown treads tend to stick more than the black ones. Just old Lego designs I suppose.
@reesephilips6141 yeah true I modified it a bit aswell and someday ima make a review on it cause its actually really good!
@Scotts_Aviation Awesome! Glad you figured it out! If you do end up making a review for RUclips, give me a shoutout for my design! I would love to hear your thoughts on it!
@@reesephilips6141 yeah sure I always credit the creator
i like your m4 sherman
Keep Making Videoes, You do a great job!
9:39 left side is a drinking bottle top right gasmask container and right below is haversack :) for everyone wondering what that is
Totally thought that was a gas mask can! Wasn’t sure though. Great catch!
Its my dream to have even one of these lol! Excited to see what you use them for :)
Definitely expensive. But very much worth the money in my opinion.
Wow, I can’t wait to see what you use these guys for! Also I’m kinda used to your upload schedule, like a video per month or two months, it really does give me a sense of routine lol. But most importantly, I made an M3 Lee from your Sherman chassis! I mean the turret is a little funky but it still looks good! I’m also about to make an M10 GMC Wolverine! So my “Sherman review” will be a quadrupel review! I’m also gonna see about creating my own M18 or M26 Pershing in this retro style! But I can’t wait to see what is in store for the future! Also on the day I commented, Happy Thanksgiving if you celebrate!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Tutorial please
Can make an instruction for that tank its look amazing
I already did. It’s on my channel.
great tank! i made it and it rolled smoothly!
Glad you liked it! It was an earlier project and I personally think I could have done a lot better but it’s not too bad. It was mostly an experiment to see if the rubber tracks were good for anything.
When’s the tutorial? I wanna compare our T23 turrets! I was gonna make the video yesterday. But I saw this, and I immediately said, “No! I’ll wait for this tutorial to release so I can review, compare, and contrast! If I end up keeping my turret design, I’ll use this turret on an M4A1 76(w)! Great job though dude! I do have one gripe with it… the mantlet, instead of ising a jumper plate and a tile, use a jumper plate on the right side, and on the left yes a 1x1 tile and 1x1 plate to create that signature lopsided look of the coax and the sight, ya know? Tahts all I have to say, but yeah good job! Can’t wait to build this myself!
Great suggestion! I like the mantlet idea! I don’t have a deadline for the tutorial (as I am very busy these days) but still plan to make it. Thanks for the support!
@@reesephilips6141 Hey, I have a question, I’m coming around to ordering treads, I was wondering the number of links per tread for both the Panzer IV and the Sherman. I made the Firefly and I figured out how to make your T23 lol but the problem is my treads. If you can get back to me on this, that would be great!
@@Autistic_Tank_EnthusiastAs far as I remember they’re about 45 tracks per side. For both tanks. Buying a 100 track set for both tanks should be enough.
@ ok thank you!
You cooked.
Such a cool solution to the angled machine gun! Most Ha-go mocs fail at that part
Thank you so much! I had fun with that little feature and stumbled upon it on accident! I thought it added a lot to the play features.
Very nice update on the Sherman
I absolutely love your videos, great work! i instantly recognized this turret, the back may be a bit blocky but its still very nice 👍
Thanks so much for the kind words! I agree; the back is very blocky. I am considering changing it. This version is the first iteration of it and will most likely evolve more. Thanks for the support!
whoa
Looks incredible! I think you’ve got the angles down perfect
Thank you so much for the support!
very good ‼️😊
I've done that head light design before and it works okey. but it works better with the older clip's
Oh totally! I used it a couple times but then decided I didn’t like it much. But to each their own. I LOVE the detail but try not to stress my Legos too much if I can avoid it.
can you tell me a list of pieces that i need to build this this is because i want to buy the peices
Sorry! Parts list is not available for these instructions. I made the parts vague so that many different kinds of pieces can be used.
Thank yò
Dude, I might get this to convert into a Stug III, because my Stug III chassis is NOT that good, yes it’s better than average, but NOT as good as that Panzer III chassis! Sherman update!: I landed on a good design! I will be reviewing it on my channel, of course you’ll get credit for it being your Sherman, but at the same time, it kinda looks like my own. So what I did as a personal preference, was I kinda rounded off the sides using cheese slopes, because I like that, makes it look more accurate. The HVSS suspension I’ve heard feedback from friends looks really accurate, so I think I’m good on that: the turret I have work but I like it right now, the gun is the correct length, and the turret dimensions are correct for minifigs. Also I added a hull MG, may or may not get in the way of the co drivers seating, but I’ve never tried so I’ll try it some time. I also see potential to make Fury out of it. But really all I need to do is round off the turret a little more, so yeah, that’s my update. Also I did decide to build your Panzer IV and modify it, by the way don’t think my mods to your models are saying they’re bad, I’m not modifying your models because I don’t have some of the pieces to make them. But anyways, I’m in the process of making die Schkirtzen, so I can make a Ausf. H variant. I’m having trouble with the turret, but I’ll find a way! Anyways, that’s my update, have a good day bro!
Very cool! I would be delighted to see what you came up with. Thanks so much for giving me credit; that means a lot to me! Much love!
BattleBrick also has a new StuG kit as far as I know. It uses the same chassis as their Panzer kit.
@@reesephilips6141 ok thanks bro!
Nice panzer you got there
Yo your panzer is sooo cool
If you want to get more marines for cheaper. Brickmania has a marine torso for 6 dollars each and they also have the brick arms helmets
True. I did consider that option as well however Brickmania is in very high demand and their products are very hard to find. They are almost always sold out. Great suggestion though!
@@reesephilips6141 yeah but thankfully they are still on the website right now
It looks like the normal Shermans from fury!! (Because of the color and the leaves/accessories)
I was very happy with this design. Glad you enjoyed the video!
@@reesephilips6141 yep
Nice 😮😊
