Hi, I understand what you are saying, so let me explain. The 4 models I am using in both analysis are mainly based on the growth percentages plugged in or on the annalists ratings. As over the past month and a half some annalists changed their views on the return of NKE, and quiet some not so positive news came out regarding the company, I dive into NKE again, and do the analysis once more. In the case of this video, i used much lower growth rates for the DCF model, Grahams formula and the DDM, which lead a lower intrinsic value. regarding the Multiples valuation model, the companies I am comparing NKE to, lowered their PE ratios, while NKE's stayed the same, so that again lowered the intrinsic value. Also NKE went up in price a lot, quiet irrationally, again, that has a big effect of the valuations as well. I hope this makes sense (:

Never said you should or should not biy into MCD, just analylized the company, and calculated the intrinsic value. No one knows what will happen in the future, and so we can just predict based on the fundimentals of the business

It is quite easy to know what will happen in the future if you properly observe or directly calculate the net output of past and present hard data. For example, the math you used to calculate the MCD value, is only a tiny piece of the equation to gathering an accurate grasp of the inevitable output. I professionally guided MCD down to $250 avg from $292 on 03/09/24 on a unique mix of data confluence Psychologically: I knew people (public and investors) did not like the quality-to-value ratio of McDonald's operating menu, additional to its support of Israel disrupting its chain of business, similarly to Starbucks Financially: The inflationary status will see slightly fewer people going to McDonalds, amplified by heightened costs-of-production and their inherent item price increases. This should weight down on the gains of their operations Technically: The price maximized into supply at 286.50-293.40. Failed to discover above 4 different times between 2023 and 2024 with low momentum congestion at 293.40-298.50, forming a macro double top and micro diamond top, with relevant key levels defining a sharp price regression to $250 on the dot. These are 3 different pieces of information, that in confluence, aided in a picture perfect understanding of the future. Hi, yes the valuation sheets will if you mean the British exchange. Though the investment tracker might not. All depends on if you only want UK stocks or a mixture of both, as the UK ones will be in GBP and the US ones in USD, so you cant mix them otherwise your values will come out in gibberish. also when doing the Multiples valuation, you have to use stocks with the same currencies. Hope this makes sense (:

haha, yes actually, there is a theory that states that stocks underperform in the period from May to October, and it is backed by some data. This explains why more people sell in May, as they want to sell high, and buy low at the end of this six month period. Though this isn't anything you should worry about if you are a value investor and invest long term (:

Personally, I am currently holding the company at about 83 dollars per share, I bought it when it was at 90 and kept buying as it want down. I don't think it will drop this low within the next few months at least. (: hope this helps

IBRX is a company that is currently going into the negative, but as they are developing breakthrough drugs, if you speculate that they will make that breakthrough sooner or later, for example in their cancer drug, the stock price would then surge. But otherwise for now I would stay away from the company as if you don't have good insight on the company, it is 50/50 whether it will go up or down. Hope this helps

Yeah, exactly. And that is why it makes no sense to buy it based on its covid spike, but rather based on the fact that it might currently be under-valued taking into account its price pre-covid, and that the business is overall healthy, manufacturing profitable drugs.

S&P500 is above, but that doesn't mean that the company is trash. In my eyes, the company is healthy, and disregarding the Covid spike, it is growing at a steady rate.
