    Es ist doch der Schmerz der Vergänglichkeit,der zur anhaftung führt. Allerdings ist die Sehnsucht nach der Freiheit und der Rückkehr nach Hause am ende die stärksdte Kraft. Deshalb mache ich mir keine sorgen dass es am ende eh so kommt ,dass wir den natürlichen Zustand des Friedens wieder zulassen können und sich alle widerstände auflösen werden.🙏

    Wieso wussten ohne Technik die Chinesen vor 2000 Jahren soviel über die Anatomie des Menschen. Heute sieht man durch unsere Technik das Tai Chi gesund ist. Gerade für unsere Zeit ist das gut. Wie was hat die Leute damals inspirieren Tai Chi zu entwickeln das Jahrtausenden überlebt?

      1- In dem Video meinte ich Jemanden, der die Fessel von Gier, Hass und Verblendung, bis zum kleinsten "Stäubchen", vollständig, für immer, hinter sich gelassen hat. Es gibt pletora Bedeutungen von Arahant. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arhat Futter für den Affgengeist 🙂 2.- Zu erst, in eine schmerzfreie Position begeben! Grundstellung oder sogar hinsetzen. Wir üben schmerzfrei! Weit vor Schmerz kommt leichter Druck. Und an den kann man sich behutsam, langsam herantasten. Aufmerksam, freundlich und gelassen, spüren wo genau, was genau der Abschnitt in der Bewegungssequenz ist, bei dem Druck entsteht; Und diesen Abschnitt so vereinfachen, dass es ohne Druck geht. Es ist auch möglich in der so gefundenen Position, mit sehr leichtem Druck, länger zu bleiben und die Aufmerksamkeit, freundlich....dort zu fokussieren. Der Körper lernt so und Heilung kann laaaangsam zur Wirkung kommen. Ich mache dafür in den kommenden Wochen noch ein Video.       Unterschied? Der Affengeist ist von Vorstellungen fasziniert 😊 - Vereinfacht gesagt:" Vorstellungen sind Affengeist"...Weisheit/Liebe ist subtiler , leiser...
