Super helpful video as always, loved it! Would love to see and update with the chest change, see how your crafting stations are set up along with all the automation. Would also love a video with tips on the rest of the game, especially exploring/travelling. The main thing I find to be a pain these days is having to take a waypoint with me (and 8 drills +generator) and be really considered in my exploration.

I'm just starting off and I'm now at the level where I have two dealers, but I have so many clients on the archipelago I'd like to assign two dealers there. I have 3 hideouts in total, each one has a dealer locker, but I can't assign clients to the third dealer. How come?

Cooking two plants (especially peppers with others plants) is actually more profitable money wise, yeah sure you have to wait for the cooking, just build 4-5 extra cooking stations just for this. Turning it into bait is barely double where as you can 5 to 7 times the value by just cooking it.

13:11 Hold up . . . I keep seeing this arrangement for late game wood farming, but I don't understand _why_ there has to be these long rows of wood. Couldn't you have just 3 seeds arranged in a "T" formation and have the drill harvest from the middle bit? Like this: ⬛️🟥⬛️ 🪷🔻🪷 ⬛️🪷⬛️ Do those rows make it grow faster or something? I feel like I'm missing a key detail.

you will gonna need update whole map once again after stable version 1.20 is out if you update from 1.20pre to 1.20 whole world get corrupted. - ( experiance from 1.18pre and 1.19pre )

so at the end it was all pointless? so many hours lost in wipe? -140 hours in total from all streams + Also, 4 mods that were used on the server have been deleted because the developers stopped updating them. Playing with mods in the long term is a bad idea, as it harms the longevity of the game once the mod is no longer updated or developed.

the only thing im missing here is the use of Tables as stack dividers in order to spread out payload among ovens. and maybe a promotion for 2 mods: InfiniteOreBoulders" and "Autodoors" another note: one slot of a chest holds 9999 items of a kind, when you're using infinite oreboulders, it might happen pretty fast, that this chest overextends the treshhold and drops items elsewhere so make sure to atleast have the main smelted orechests filled with 1 of its ressources in each slot, when you manage to fill all of them with 9999 items, it realy doesnt matter if stuff overflows xD i just mention cause i play the game since 3 days and i sell 2000 gold every 30 minutes for 70 k. its a pretty good vanilla tutorial but i wished it would have been even more advanced. including auto farming crops, into autocooking and auto feeding animals plus auto sorting the animal loot back into the sorting system and than you could show us how you'd organize all those things, into a working / living area, of arround 5 by 5 blocks size, that allows you to access everything craftable within this room.

1/ Does everyone know that you can raise pigs/goats/chickens and still have an industry (butcher/tailor etc) ?? 2/ I dont understand chickens... 1 egg means : that one plot eats the egg. Zero return. 3/ My wish : 3 eggs every two months & 3 meat every 150 days pigs. 4/ good vid :)

I do think this is all super cool, but I genuinely don't understand why automation even really exists for any of the game. It feels like setting up the automation for almost everything is just not worth the time investment. I think the only automation I found useful in the entire game ended up being wood/plank automation. Sort my inventory? Just run up to chests, press q and move along. Setting up some sort of auto-sorter sounds nice until you consider how much random stuff the game throws at you constantly which means you've got a fairly long sorter chain set up. You step outside for two minutes and your entire inventory fills up and since equipment doesn't stack (except bait?) the chests are going to fill up pretty quickly, or you're running to salvage all the equipment, and then running back to sort it anyway. That being said, the auto-inventory sorter is probably the most appealing out of all of this because my god this game showers you with so much stuff, constantly. Mob farms taking what feels like an eternity to spawn any enemies because of the 16-22 minute timer for spawn events and then having them only work within a 200 tile radius means that they're almost never actually running, or I'm setting up multiple mob farms all over the entire map. The only benefit is honestly that I'm just AFK or tabbed out doing something else for hours on end which again, seems kind of pointless. If mob farms didn't have the forever long spawn timer, it would make sense to me. Ore smelting automation could make sense if boulders were infinite, I guess? Considering you can just walk up to a smelter and deposit a stack of like 10,000 ores into a smelter, or dump them all in a nearby chest and just ctrl+click whatever bar you're working on in the smelter, I just don't see it being useful for the resource and time investment needed to set them up. Automatic wood and plank production felt like basically the only thing that actually made sense in this game, but the need for wood outside from base building materials is pretty scarce. It feels like anything that could actually benefit from automation is blocked by either an in-game timer, maximum proximity, or just not being able to be automated, like plant farming or fishing. The only time I ever ended up using a mob farm was to get one of each of the 3 gemstones. After that it seemed pointless because I could just go kill any of the three hydra bosses for two of the desired gemstones afterwards. Considering those are a 100% drop rate for 2 of them, on essentially a 6 minute CD it immediately rendered my mob farm obsolete.

This is late but the drill broke my double chest when I used the turbo mode. So I made the turbo pulser for the smelting and the regular for sorting

It's too bad it's not viable for sorting equipment, since equipment can't be stacked. Filtering just isn't possible. There really aren't that many things you need to sort out besides crafting materials or food, which you would want to be all inside their own big chest anyway.

I also have the game, totally in love with . I can''t play anything else cause this game is always on my mind.
