Nothing said about "Anyone (Who Knows What Loves Is)? A song that brought her nationwide recognition and sung on American Bandstand.
I love Jesse Winchester. Such a great singer and songwriter. Always makes my day brighter when I hear him sing though I'm so sad he's gone. I have all his albums but I think Love's Filling Station is my favorite and then A Reasonable Amount Of Trouble. Thanks to Jimmy Buffett for introducing me to Jesse's music. RIP Jesse.
Trick Bag was a great band, it's a shame none of those albums are available online. I've got one here I can't even listen to, no turn table.

I was actually at this Slim Harpo music awards and it was an awesome experience meeting all those blues legends thanks to Jbonny for putting this together!
They did a wonderful job of preserving this history for future generations !
Very well done! We know that Kim Wilson loves Slim's work... just listen to the early Fabulous Thunderbirds' LPs. Kim Wilson is probably the greatest harmonica player in the swamp-blues tradition today. So glad to see Lou Ann Barton and Jimmie Vaughan at the end... Kim, Lou Ann and Jimmie did a lot to keep Slim Harpo's music alive.
Thankyou so much for your observations that helps others understand just what this documentary means to the very foundation of rock n roll and the blues legacy 3:42 3:42
