Thank you, this was very helpful! I use Mailgun with GHL for my sending and receiving domain for my SaaS. I don’t use a hosted email account at all - my GHL subaccount simply catches all incoming mail via the native API integration. However, recently i bought a course from an agency using GHL, and when they tried sending emails to me, their GHL email verification flagged my email as invalid for the following reason: “This email is marked as Invalid as unknown_provider, immature_domain.” Do you know a) does this only affect GHL senders; and b) how to resolve this for the future? Also, I can’t receive any forwarded emails from any email client (I assume Mailgun blocks those, even though I have their spam filter off). I appreciate any insights or recommendations!

I am super confused about the email deliverability on my clients side from GHL. How is the deliverability going to be if I just plug them in GHL Database Reactivation workflow and just start sending emails from the sub-account? Do every one of my clients need to verify their domain or sub-domain in GHL before that ?
