I printed one in basic PLA 30% infill 0.12 layer height. It turned out quite nice except the overhangs on the tenon joints. I ended up using the 415 LH joint but I'm not sure that it actually belongs to this flute as the top joint was snug but the bottom very loose. Anyway, it plays easily but sound is a little breathy and some notes sound a little out of tune but i will check with a tuner. I noticed the sound on this video is quite breathy too. Possibly the embouchure hole not being clean or maybe the layer lines inside the bore - lots more experimentation required. Thanks for sharing the STL files though, it sounds way better than i thought it would.
