Man of the house - Epic the Musical - Both clips combined
I do not own the rights to any of this. They belong to Jorge "Jay" Rivera-Herrans.
This song was cut from the planning for the musical, however I really liked it and I thought others also liked it, so I just combined them for convenience.
By the way, it sounds like the video ends before the song ends but that's just the full clip and there's nothing I could do about that.

Maybe if we get an extented version of EPIC this could be added, it doesn't affect the plot but just adds to it, same as Your Light and probably some other songs, they don't affect the message or plot just add to it
This would make such a great Opener, like getting to know Odysseus before the Troy saga and knowing what is driving him

@@Impimperator apparently Jorge might release an album with some of the cut songs, and this one looks like it's almost finished (tho I don't know anything Abt music) so this one is probably one of the ones that are gonna be in the album.

not really does it foreshadow Ithaca saga, but this song is directly referenced in "The Challenge" and also "Odysseus" in the vengeance saga

Penelope (Odysseus’s wife) is cousins with Helen, who all the kings of the surrounding lands wanted to marry. Odyssey was among the men, but when he met Penelope, he wanted to marry her instead of Helen (who was known as the most beautiful girl in the world).
@@fleischsalat318Actually, Helen is not related at all with her family, she is the daughter of Zeus and Nemesis. Zeus forced himself into Nemesis as she tried to escape as a goose, giving birth to an egg who would later be given to the Queen of Sparta, being adopted by the royal family.

If the musical were longer and all these songs could stand alongside the current ones, thered be alot more "call and response" of leitfmotifs, like the show already has this, but it would be reinforced with backstory like this. Maybe itd be a little samey but damb is it cool
Hm. A lot of cut songs (like this and Ismarus) kind of have a Hamilton vibe to them. but like, in a good way, if that makes sense? You can even see hints of it in the final release of the troy saga.

The first part actually made me cry when i heard it. It kinda voiced how i felt about my own dad. when i was younger I used to think he was unstoppable and I used to think he could take on anything without feeling tired or being weary. Because he was my dad, what on earth could hurt me when he was around? I grew up and watched as he slowly got more and more tired. And now, although he is still strong and active, the tiredness is evident and my brother and I hell him out more with his hobbies.

Just saw someone on the discord say that when the full musical is released they will record an album of the cut songs. Idk how reliable that claim is but it might be true
