Citroen 2CV appearance in a British movie called Guilty
OMG! I miss the 2CV😢😢 and that broadcast from 1990 presented by Jill Dando😢😢😢 R.I.P Citroen 2CV(1948-1990) and Jill Dando(1961-1999)😢😢😢
What’s this documentary called please?
I miss this shop ever so much
La 2 chevaux charleston était une très belle voiture.😊
Fantastic, how many cars today have a following to match this master piece 😀
❤❤❤❤❤
They are all married with kids who have kids of there own.its hard to believe now how long ago it was
Andy looks lovely in this video
I wonder what they are all doing now?
Your expression says it all, even the lady couldn't hold back the laughter. I hope this was free! I remember they did a gig in Dover in a pub on a Wednesday afternoon.
Seen these lads twice... sunderland and Durham.. best live act of all time... love to know where they ended up..
Addictive Joy.... More Smiles Per Mile. Over the course of 45 years I have brought three new RHD 2CV6s to Australia, 1978 Club (pulled apart in UK, shipped as second hand parts and rebuilt back in Sydney), 1982 Charleston via UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada and USA. plus current 1990 Charleston and 355,000 miles between the 3. You can tell a 2CV driver by the silly grin on their face and gravel rash on the elbows... it is said the limit of the road holding is when the door handles dig in... Never to be sold. It is specified in my will... for my younger brother..
Great job.
もっと売れても良かったのに
I now have a demented 652 cc Burton Big Bore engine plus Power Tube in my 1990 Charleston.... Maybe a 2CV7??
14:43 As Jeremy Clarkson would put it, "bad drivers".
🥰🥰🥰Damian! But I found their old army outfits and longer hair much better!
Thank you so much for this. Heard this in concert but never seen the video of this wonderful man.
" And it's a Citroën above all " ... enough said ...
Humourless Germans? Ve hav certain vays to make you laugh!
Can you imagine, 50 years ago what impression it made on your weekend girlfriend. Even if it was a second hand. We all loved it.
My daughter has one. It's a hoot! But it's a flipping good little car that will attack a pothole and she won't feel a thing, and a sardine can roll-back roof. And it still does 85 miles to the gallon.
Love it ..
Paul, why the sound effects
Very good, very 60s Bowie.
Their best song! Excellent.
Really nice film !
'He's bent for a start. Wanker.'
I wish it continued production.. It was a very funny and very cute car.. I would be very happy if I owned a 2CV. Greetings from Izmir.
Not just labour intensive production costs and pollution requirements, but crash barrier tests could not comply. For me I rather have a crash in a 602 cc 2CV6 than a 600 cc motor bike. For pedestrians being hit by a lightweight 2CV with a very thin pedestrian crumple bonnet would be safer than any other car.
Strange he didn't spoof Op Knocks, as both he & that were Thames productions? Derek Hobson, from ATV Today, to New Faces, to That's My Dog. Yep. Wonder if he's still with us?
He is still with us yes!
Mr Hill there with Boris Johnson behind him in the clown suit
His impressions of the celebrity panel is spot on. :-D
Classic parody by a comedic legend, which in todays 'woke' generation of snowflakey sensibilities could ludicrously be viewed as disrespectful of minorities. RlP Benny Hill, master of your craft: Light hearted laughter and entertainment.
Funtastic long live Benny 👏👏
Nothing like it today, rip Benny
We had a Ami 6 estate and it was just great. But i prefer the Model T(daily car) and the Morris Minor Traveller
Now u get presenters dressed like homeless saying its slow to 60 at 11s and only got 135bhp. If i was a billionaire i would start building them with fuel injection for emissions
Had several 2cvs and renault 4s would buy a new one in a hearbeat. Incidentally had a renault 6 which was pure luxury luxury version of 4 with thick seats and a whopping 1108cc engine with 45bhp. Even then these all did 50mpg and were easy to repair and reliable transport. Unfortunately like most cars of this era they rotted. And please bring back Quentin my all time favourite reviewer
Benny Hill went to Charlie Chaplin's house and Chaplin had a display dedicated to Benny Hill...:)
Benny was a great impersonator. He’s superb doing Tony Hatch here and gives a good shot at Derek Hobson, Clifford Davis and Ted Rea.
I'm of an age where I actually remember New Faces. Though Benny was no Yarwood when it came to impressions, he's pretty spot on here.
So superior to the rubbish we get today
Benny Hill was total shit
Britain's greatest ever comedian.
I seen him on the London bus
So glad I found this sketch, gonna look for some more Benny Hill. One of the best comedians ever. Very sad to hear he was such a lonely man off camera.
These shows from the early seventies were full of great sendups of films and tv shows. After about 1976 it’s all Hills Angels.
Which year?
1970s probably.
Who did imitate ,here?
British people you wouldn't know unless you were British and from that time.
