Installed one two years ago, have to move it from its original home due to changes in water levels on the lake so I was searching for some confirmations of my plans. Watched this again and recalled how it impressed me into buying it,... I am very happy with this product. Wished it was my first solution. Would of saved some time and dollars. I leave mine in, the whole docking system, all year with air bubblers in winter. Like the extra wide size, rollers work great, takes some time to figure out., Did put a old float on the nose to address someone over powering to get onto the ramp and hitting the bow. Not really an issue once you have done it a number of times. The trick is to enter the port at the right speed. To low and you will roll off. Some riders try to power up once on the ramp, but the jet ski has no power being out of the water. Just be sure the installers who use the two poles options, that the poles have holes so you can screw them into the lake bottom , some installers use machines which means if you have to move , you have to dig them out, which is possible but could be avoided,. Recommend this product, hope this helps you

He is rolling his Seadoo back and forth with one hand. It takes all my weight pushing on the bow to get it rolling. By the way, there are NO DIMPLES and popping out the rollers is not so easy. Just saying.

Problem is all a thief needs to do is remove the one screw that secures the chain & the whole chain/lock is loose now. The chain should be secured to the lift another way.

Glad you did this. It's clearly fragile with a very thin skin that can easily be punctured and damaged. Without internal ribs for added strength, you basically sell Pelican cases with Styrofoam injected inside the shell cavity. I always assumed there was robust internal rib cross bracing.

I have had the wave armor 24 for 1 year-it has been a nightmare and my local support can seem to figure it our or make it work-I have a Yamaha FHS 210 . This port is a nightmare to ge the boat off, I ='ve called customer service, had my installer out-bot time told me to buy larger wheels-) results. I made a pully system simulat to jet docks but it is simi functional. I'm about at my end on this-i just want what i paid for -no problems . if anyone has any answers et me know>i have videos of the damage to my hull< bad contact on the loading and unloading - not looking to put down product but i am at the point these do not work for large jet boats. Will wave armour take the product back?

If I do the 6' pipe installation driving the pipes into the lake bottom, how do you remove the waveport to take it out of the water for winter storage? I assume you would have to remove the pipes from the lake bottom somehow, otherwise the waveport would be trapped since the installation goes through the waveport sleeves.

Trouble getting wheels out. No “dimples” on bearing. Any suggestions?

These are great, but I don’t need a jet ski dock, I need a jet ski barge to pull behind a little 30 foot cabin cruiser….. the barge needs to be 10 and a half feet wide and have place to park two jet skis and be able to tie them down for a long trip….. I want to take my jet skis behind my cabin cruiser on a two year float around the Caribbean and maybe through the great loop…… Anyone know of anyone making anything like that???

What happens when the product is beyond it's life span and needs to be disposed off? What do you do with the foam??

How deep do you drive the two - 2 inch galvanized poles into the river bottom? The water is only about 2 - 3 feet deep where I'm at, and about 18" of muck on the bottom.

He’s right. It won’t sink if it gets a hole in it but over time the foam will suck the water inside of it making it very heavy. It’s just like raw foam that used to be under old docks. You try to remove that stuff and you have to cut it up because over the years it takes water. I would also like to see where the holes are where this is foamed. There has to be holes where the heat rods would go down into the foam to heat the beads up for fussing them together to make the block. I want to see the middle cut in half and see how the foam is there.

Stop using JetSki as a generic term. Kawasaki owns the trademark to the word JetSki. Your video is using waverunners. Using JetSki as a generic term is like using the name G F-150 when speaking of any pick up truck

Can the unit be mounted from the side of the port to a floating dock or does it have to be from the front of the unit?

Was the water intake on the outboard below the waterline when the boat was out of the water?

I just bought 2 wave armor SLX5’s yesterday. Driving home with them on my trailer at 60mph one of them flew off twisted in the air and landed in the ditch... I thought oh no its going to be ruined... we found it with a few scratches in the plastic but no cracks or issues at all. These things are made like true armor. I am very impressed with the quality!

I likewise did a TON OF RESEARCH including talking with the owner, Rick, in depth, prior to investing in a dock. I use the word investing because a good dock system is not a minor purchase. Let me tell you, this is a fantastic product. I have had the product for a few years now and have needed Ricks help a couple times. You may not believe this but he calls me back, on weekends, to answer questions. He goes out of his way to do whatever he can to keep me happy and satisfied. The product has done well on my lake, The Great SACANDAGA, located in the Adirondacks of NY. This is a lake whose levels are constantly being manipulated and that creates unique challenges not everyone will experience but the Wave Armour product has stood up to the tough conditions like a champ. The other thing I like about Rick is that he is constantly improving his product and he stands behind the warranty. I had an issue with a jet ski port and Rick just sent out replacement parts, but they weren’t the same as I originally purchased, they were the new and improved version. He did this no questions asked. This is a man driven to perfection and that’s who you want to purchase from. I realize I may sound like I work for the company but I don’t, I’m just a very happy customer and trust me, I have written many reviews of companies that were, like this one, very truthful and honest, but very negative because the product just didn’t live up to the hype. Do your research but in the end, buy from a quality company that stands behind their product.

Thank you for the demonstration. Very impressive. I have owned this same port for 5 years now. I did my research before buying and came to the conclusion it was the best out there. Especially after I had heard about other ports sinking. This is a great product with adjustable wheels for different brands of pwc's. Worth every penny and then some.

Hi Steve. Thanks for the video. Just installed two jet ski docks this weekend on our lake. We're having some difficulties with the skis rolling backwards completely on their own even when they are all the way forward. We have 2019 Yamaha FX-SVHO skis. All of the rollers are in the center position. Any suggestions?
