How today lens? Still good?

Loved this video of the xe4 dude. Already own one and love it but like seeing how other people shoot with it. Never thought I’d see a photo of myself on someone’s RUclips before. 4:29 the photo in the middle is me taken by my mate graham. I was casually watching to realise it and thought no way 😂

I'm planning to bring my xt20 with XF23 f2, XF55-200 and TT 10f2 on my next trip to japan. Basically 23f2 will be my main lens, and the other 2 will stay in the sling bag mostly.

Carlo its a shame Canon has not allowed for the Tamron 35-150 F 2-2.8 for it mirrorless camera's at least you can use the EF-RF adapter for the older version

I regret selling my XE4, and switching to an A7C with a 40mm 2.5 G. I hope the XE5 will be just as appealing and minimalist, because then I'm going back!

couldn't agree more! Love my XE4 from day one! 🙌🏻 But I think surprisingly good in video... What I wished for an XE5 would be a MSC button, IBIS and maybe weather sealed...🤞🏻

What a great shoot. 50mm is always the best

If 50/1.4 is normal this lens sweet spot at 1.8-2.0, you can pair with 28/1.8 (exelent at 2.5), and this compact lenses with classic look)

Photos are great, but video footage from the X-E4 is looking solid. I hope they release an X-E5 in the near future.

would love to have one too, but resale market is crazy at the moment. bought the X-E1 instead, outdated tech aside, photos made me being content enough to splurge on a used X100 series...

In 2024, I think this Viltrox lens has been discontinued due to Canon policy... So sad 😢 I can not find any of this lens anywhere in Jakarta. Eventough if the lens is available, I wonder whether it willwork flawessly with Canon FF cameras.

Would you recommend this camera to a stills shooter? I do full time headshots and portraits and I want something light and fast, currently shooting FUJI XT5 but thinking of jumping. What lenses would you recommend to rival a 50mm and 85mm equivalent? And a 35? I’m seriously thinking of switching from Fuji to Sony (XT5 to A6700). I use the Fuji 56, 33 and 23 (85, 50 and 35 equivalents). What 3 Sony lenses would give me those focal lengths? Am I crazy to think the Sony A6700 could rival the XT5 or would you say it might? Is the EVF usable?
