Driving licence test is a total wastage sighting reasons as under; 1. LL definition is wrong bcoz when a person sit on driving seat for driving is deemed driver whether on learning or drive driving. Arey fees to milta hai na parivahan treasury ko. Kya guarantee hai ki driving test k baad accident nahin hoga ya parking galat nahi hoga. Apni local parking check kijiye. Hence Driving licence should be given honourably when applied DL registration or After six six months automatic PDL issue. Photo etc. can be loaded on portal directly as required with fees deposit usually.
