Love this. But the show was always meant to be multi season, although it would be surprising if it got renewed after all the hate

The show wasn't perfect, sure, the way they structured the sequence of the story and a few of the decisions of the characters are just weird. But overall, it's exploring aspects of the jedi and the force that are new and interesting to me, it's doing it in a much more nuanced way that i think is really cool. Also the flight sequences were awesome. I'm down for more Kung-fu crouching tiger force users, so i really hope it gets a season 2 and beyond and we see more of this period before the prequels. It also gives the creators of the show a chance to learn from mistakes and get better at telling these stories.

This was a really fun conversation. "The Phantom Menace" is a really interesting movie for those who were anywhere between 5 to 12 years old when it was originally released. A lot of what was shared in this video I echo those sentiments. I saw this movie when I was 5 years old in the cinema and rewatched the VHS tape multiple times growing up. Perhaps because this movie was aimed at kids, but very much had adult level spectacle is where it hit hard with children and pre-teens. Its an imperfect movie, but its still a solid and fun movie. It truly ushered in a new era of Star Wars. Happy 25th anniversary!

I have low expectations for the series, I'm sure it will have cool moments carried by cameos from characters we actually like. At least we aren't getting more content within the Skywalker era.
