The Pittoresque Piano’s mission is to offer you a musical escape into nature to find calmness and peace of mind in troubling times. Join us on a walk through beautiful landscapes while you listen to compositions and arrangements of the pianist Matthias Hektor Ventker and the film music composer Jannis Heidemann. Let your soul wander as the pictures of nature emerge with the sound of the music. The Pittoresque Piano is staged and filmed by the filmmakers of Blickfänger Filmproduktion.

Reistiet - The time to travel. This song is based on the feeling of being drawn into the wide world and at the same time wanting to live at home. The German author Thomas Brasch once described the ambivalence of this feeling with the words: 'I want to stay where I have never been'.
