Hi all. I am having problem to enter service menu +,-,+ (hold) combination. Per Manual I should enter programming mode. Are there any solution to hard reset grinder and try to enter into the programming mode (+,-,+ with holding plus button for 5 sec). Thank you!

Hi. Thanks for the easy to follow video. I have a problem with my unit. I can't adjust the grinder since the +/- bottoms don't change mode while pushing them. Is there something I could do to fix it or do I need a technician to solve the problem. Thanks again.

At what number do you find most medium roast ~18 gram shots work best?
Hi Stephen, the number is less important that the time it takes to extract during the brewing process . if you are using an 18 gram throw and it takes say 30 seconds to extract (from the time you press the button) then adjust the grinder more coarse until your extraction time is circa 25 seconds and vice versa. The number on the grinder is a useful guide to understand the relative adjustment being made or if somebody inadvertently adjusts the grinder and you want to quickly put it back to where it was. Each coffee will have a different grind setting so there is no correct or incorrect number. Whats most important is the quality and time of the espresso pour. Hope that helps. David

Hi Ranjith, if you hold down the middle button on each group for 5 seconds to get into the programming mode. To calibrate the dosage on a button, press it to start and press again to stop. Allow the coffee machine to timeout and the new setting will be saved. Hope this helps

Greetings, our la radiosa machine shows an error drip tray is full, but the tray is empty. System cannot trouble shoot the error. What might be the problem?
And also cannot perform autamatic clean cycle.
