We Visit Yosemite
In this video we travel to Yosemite National Park. First we show the cottage in Wawona where we stayed for our trip. Then we check out Half Dome at Glacier Point. Then it's on to the Tunnel View, Bridalveil Falls, Yosemite Valley Chapel and the Merced River in the valley. After a long day, it's off to chow on some of the best pizza at The Pizza Deck in Curry Village. Before we head home we stop and enjoy the beautiful sites of Mariposa Grove with some of the biggest Redwoods around.

How much did the hotel cost? I’m planning on staying in Anaheim next September and I want to get ideas of different pricings around
It was around $840 for 4 nights, 210 a night, and that price included the taxes. At the time, which was last year, it was the best price available. Hope that helps.

Hi, thank you for the question. Unfortunately there was a fire about 9 months ago. From what I’ve been told, they were able to save a majority of the items from the museum, but it is closed right now and awaiting a restoration on the inside. You can still go and walk around the outside.

I'm a 55 year old woman, and I remember when my Mom and Dad and I would bring several of my cousins with us to Roeding Park every summer for my birthday, when I was a little girl, back in the 70's. It's been ages since I was last there! So many great memories! Roeding Park has changed quite a bit. It's not the same Roeding Park I, and so many others, remember from childhood, but I'm glad it's still here. It would be fun to visit this place again.
Yes, Roeding Park has definitely changed over the years, but Storyland still looks for mostly the same. I do miss the Jack and the Beanstalk slide by the Castle though that I remember as a kid going there. Playland was going to close this January, but luckily they found the funds to keep it open till June. My plan is to video Playland soon. I hope they are able to find a permanent solution to keep it open. We really have a treasure with the zoo, playland and storyland here in the Central Valley. Hopefully they all can remain open and continue to thrive.

We went on a Saturday morning. We like to go when the zoo opens. It usually doesn’t get busy till around noon. Plus, it was very cold that day which helped keep the crowds small 😊.
