I'm 40 years old raised by a boomer, I'm more healthy than my parents were. Workout intentionally more than they did. I also relax more than my mom did but not as much as my dad. My mom has unfortunately aged like milk, probably due to the fact it was always go go go with her. My dad was the exact opposite and has certainly aged better in the long run. At the very least i run more these days and still hate it, but it feels good right after.

For those that just don't know... Club Penguin was a massive multiplayer online game (MMO), for children age 6 to 14, that ran from 2005 to 2017.
