I had a 10:40 that didn't record properly before, so I wanted to break that to make it official, and here it is.

I didn't know there was an English version of this!
This was such an amazing time to be a metal head. Seeing extol, yeti, blindside and back when underoath sounded very similar to Yeti ...Cries of the Past was there best album imo.
You had Extol come to the US?
Criminally underrated album. These guys were fun to hang out with at shows too!
When did you see them?
@@usmh I think I was maybe 16 or 17 last time I saw them so 99-2000 they were completely decked out in spikes/medieval garb and the singer just kept swinging these huge spikes around 😂 super nice guys though and just as good live as on this album. I wish I still had this album and the chalice/set apart split ep! Those were 2 gems in my collection.
Mettiamo un tigre nel doppio brodo due gocce azzurre nel bianco stanco c'è una gran cuoca nel tuo motore ma il grano duro lava più bianco
Italian is the queen of languages.
The supervips
Thanks for posting! Loved this band. I saw them at a hole in the wall in St Pete…like 96-97.
My pleasure! How were they?
@@usmh So great, man. They were at The Refuge. White candles all around the stage. Little white furry Yeti perched on one of the speakers near the keyboardist/vocalist. Definitely a great memory and such an influential show for me.
@@madwhitehat This is completely out of time and place for me so it's cool to hear from someone who was around. Influential, does that mean you make your own music?
@@usmh No, unfortunately not. Just influential in my life for other reasons. How did you happen upon this record to be able to post it?
@@madwhitehat I just googled it and spent a good long while sifting through results. That was quite a few years ago, but I've made sure to save it cus I remember it was hard to find. Anyway I learned of it from some Christian metal review site a buddy showed me, which for some reason also included this.
Brushing teeth with toothpaste was a nice touch but really need a 2020's version with masks and poisons.
\m/
Thank you!!!! Your the only one on RUclips thats posted the songs✨
Well no, there are others. But I'm the only one who posted all the major music scenes from the English version. You might also be interested in the Italian soundtrack version: ruclips.net/p/OLAK5uy_lsDMwUNvszDAfALPn9J98-d8P1uaTZOqE.
This gave me nightmares growing up lol, we gotta love the cheap movie bin at the store 😂
So we got it from the spot at Walmart I see huh 😂
Nice
I remember seeing this band in the late 90's in St Petersburg Florida and then my band played with them also sometime later.
Cool. Did you jam, or just play classics, or what?
@@usmh I had a metalcore band back then and remember playing on the same bill as Yeti back then. Fun times
@@wolf-bearchief3705 yeah dude it was pretty common for us metal/hardcore bands to play together in Florida back then. The scene seems so dead now.
beautiful got yourself a new sub here hails from drauglur from germany
Thank you :) Fair warning tho, I have no plans on uploading more Portal vids.
This is so effing good. So heavy and the samples are perfect.
Damn straight. The samples are especially on point in Foretold Gathering. They made quotes from Wayne's World sound haunting, which is an impressive feat.
Great song.
Like How Those Women are Married to the VIPs and the enemy is Nerfed
We are the captives of advertising We only live as we’re told to do Brainwash, brainwash Marvelous publicity Take off, take off Without responsibility Buy it (Buy it) Try it (Try it) We act in chorus what’s thought out for us That’s what our brain missiles vibrate to Our clothes are whiter Our teeth are brighter We never worry We never hurry Our brains are tranquil Without a peace pill (?) Our hands are softer Save up on water (?) We shave our faces In funny places Our work we finish With shine and polish We need to do it (?) We love to do it Our shoes are snappy Our feet are happy
Fantastic! This is even better than the original Italian dub!
They did a good job on this. I notice a guy named "John Gregory" was involved with the lyrics in the Italian credits so it wouldn't surprise me he wrote this originally in English before it was translated over.
Ehhh stai bravo
This says a lot about our society
And yet, we live in one
I completely remember this
Can somebody tell me the lyrics?

I just wish there was an extended version, I've been starting to like this song for what feels like a week now.
I know. I can’t stop playing this over and over again.
Did anyone else have "ViP My Brother Superman" instead of "SuperVips"?
“Vip: My Brother Superman” or “Vip: Mio Fratello Superuomo” is the Italian title. “The SuperVips” is the English title.
GG
Thanks, but go check out Bloody's record.
I remember this movie
Same here
Reib
Huh?
@@usmh Русский ?
This movie was so odd I have no idea where my parents got it
Well my parents recorded it off of state-funded television, I'm pretty sure, then I grew up with it being in our film collection at home. That's public service for ya -- bringing you stuff you would never watch otherwise ;)
@@usmh I feel like mine picked it up at a gas station or the walmart bargain bin to keep me silent for a while lol
@@lydiahogue8075 I'm happy we had it though. I watched it a ton of times as a kid, and I would've missed out on this awesome music otherwise.
@@usmh yes this is such a 9dd movie but very special
Why do the green people remind me of the minions or a racist stereotype of the Japanese xD
What do you mean by "minions?"
@@usmh the little yellow guys from despicable me
They're Chinese workers, so exploited they're almost subhuman. On one hand it's quite a racist portrayal (it was the 60's, after all), on the other it's a very effective component of the satire against consumerism and capitalism.
@@alessandrorossi1158 I'm sure that was what Bruno Bozzetto was getting at with this.

Watched this movie so much as a kid. This part always scared the shit out of me
Ikr? Lmao
I watched this while I was high as a kite. Ended up hallucinating about being torn apart while this played.
I cant find this movie anywhere online, can you top me somewhere that sells the original film
if you're able to
www.amazon.com/VIP-My-Brother-Superman/dp/B003OKMFRY www.ebay.com/p/VIP-My-Brother-Superman-DVD-Classic-Parody-of-Superhero-Action-Films-Slim-Case/1522636511 Amazon and Ebay had it and you couldn't find it? Haha, hm. Don't know where they ship to, though.
It's on YT now: ruclips.net/video/yPDdUqTqCyA/видео.html
This movie kindy has a goofy charm to it. The music is definitely the best part
I remember this i had it t on DVD when I was a kid dose anyone know where I can see this online
Google The SuperVips torrent.
yo this is my shit
this one of my favorites I use to have it on DVD. Do you have the full movie to show if so You will be so Epic!!😁
I do actually, but there's no need -- there are active seeders for torrents (with subtitles): torrentz.eu/any?q=Vip+Mio+Fratello+Superuomo.
Hey was this movie on dvd with another cartoon about a giant robot?
