I personally saw this car in a showroom Culver City California back in the 1970's, which is not mentioned by the digital robot voice. The four carburetors on a straight-eight were impressive.

This video is excellent the information excellent however, it would be greatly better if you read the information rather than AI

GM has warehouses full of their old prototypes, and show cars. My brother in law, sold his 1969 GTO Judge to GM, for their collection. When I went with him, to drop it off, we were gien a tour of a half dozen warehouses. Back as a kid, (grew up 1 mile from GM Tech Center), we took a school tour of the tech center. There are meany levels of basements, with cars stored. Just for additional info, not about their cars, there are tunnels that run from the GM Tech Center, to the old, now repurposed Warren Tank Plant. During WWII, they could secretly move tanks and ammo, underground, between locations. That area, was high, on the Russian target list. I worked construction, and was werking at the GM tech center on 9/11. They evacuated the area as soon as the second plane hit, in case it was WWIII.

Everytime Every time I saw those Rekord B, it makes me remember my uncle that I loved so much. He had that model for years, and since I was a child I liked getting into his car so much. Such beautiful and unforgettable memories. 😢

Was a nice car but a little underpowered with only 165 HP...the best solution is to swap engine to a Rover P6 or Triumph Stag V8
