People always say be positive but they don't tell you being negative is an instinct from our body, a good instinct but it is bad in a way, you see you can't either be negative all the time nor be positive . Just accept being mad at something but don't be mad at someone or even at yourself. So my answer at being told to be positive is......... don't hold grief............. maybe some of you didn't understand it but I won't explain it. just discover it on your own.
