Exactly exactly exactly! In search of a software to check my sales/expenses on Amazon, last week, I have tried like 4 or 5 software which are available online on a subscription basis! All of them show huge difference when I compared them to my Transaction Report! For instance, my transaction report for a given month showed around 7000$ in sales, the software almost all showed 13000$ and above!

Hi, please access the Campaign Manager section. Then, on the left side, you will see "Measurements and Reporting." Click on that option, then select "Sponsored Ads Report." After that, choose the "Create" option, select the appropriate choices from the available options, and download the file.

I think rest of search is going to complicate a lot of things. Anyways, i see you're mostly into fixed bids
For ranking campaigns, we are mostly in to fixed fixed to take better control on the performance. However, for discovery campaigns, we generally start with dynamic bid down and some times test up and down (if necessary)

@@amazonlabs Thanks for your reply! Do you have any product example, please? And maybe you know how much money is needed to start a PL on Amazon? I'm selling with Amazon FBA in the USA but it requires quite a lot of starting capital and a lot of research to find the wholesale distributor and a product to sell. My net margin at the moment is around 10-15% and it is really complicated... BSR 70k gives only 1 sale per day as there are also 13 more FBA sellers on the listing. We are not counting returns and items damaging by the customers. So there is no way to sell 25 of 1 item once you are not spending on ads and promotions.

How to get hourly data to run ads rules for hours for better performance
Hi, we can get hourly data only through usage of PPC management softwares as they are directly connected to Advertising API.
@@amazonlabs Should we use day parting on the basis of hourly data and change bids hourly
@@homecrown Ideally, it will be done automatically by PPC management software tools. SP campaings have 7 day attribution window, and we prefer to keep things simple so we are not actively implemention hourly day parting techniques.

Thank you for the feedback, brother. Well, invalid impressions and clicks are driven by bots, competitors, technical issues and other unknown variables. Amazon algorithm recognizes suspicious activities and ensures that sellers are not billed for invalid clicks.

Sure @awaisch2844, as the name signifies they are invalid/non-valid clicks so amazon will not charge you for invalid/non-valid clicks.

If i'm checking the search report on a daily basis than I should limit my search report timeframe to 1 day only and not 30 or 60 days right?
You need to check search term reports on a daily basis to control wasted ad spend. The purpose of reviewing the reports over a 30 or 60 day timeframe is to identify and action golden nuggets..
In Scenario 2 Clicks but no sales (acos is 0 %), you divided your "SPEND" in colors based on what pourcentage? if my net profit is 5$/sale, than what is my spend that should be colored red, yellow & green? and can I base this on the number of clicks? like instead of spend I order them by clicks? I love you dude!, You have the best channel.
If the ad spend for a specific search term is greater than your net profit (i.e., $5 in our example) and zero sales - You can mark such terms in "Red". "Amber" signifies instances where our ad spend is less than net profit margin, and zero sale. You need to check relevancy of a search term, count of impressions, no of clicks and then decide whether to monitor or negate the search term from corresponding campaign. "Green" signifies instances where we made a profitable sale through PPC. Thank you for the feedback, Brother :)

I have couple of questions if you don't mind me asking! 1- I started manual campaign and I already have 2 sales with 5 click (I used 5 keywords and both sales came from one keyword), What should I do next? increase bids? budget? 2-what should I optimise daily? (add new negative keywords or adjust bids?) 3-what should I optimise weekly? (is 1 week optimisation good or too long?) 4-when to stop bidding for a keywords? (more than 20 clicks or very high acos?)
Thank you for the feedback, brother. 1. If those 2 sales are from broad/phrase match campaigns, please negate (-ve exact) it from corresponding broad/phrase match campaign and run exact match campain (amazon suggested bid). Incase, if those 2 sales are from exact match campaingns, please wait until you get 5 sales, assess your CTR, CVR and work towards ranking for that KW. While ranking please place this KW in your title. 2. Yes, daily optimisation is to control wasted ad spend by negating poor performing search terms. It will help you control ACoS. Bid opimisation can be done on a weekly basis, basis the no. of impressions that keywords are able to attract. 3. Response same as point 2. 4. When you surpass 10 clicks with a decent no. of impressions and your ad spend is greater than your net margin, please go-ahead and negate that search term from campaign. If a specific KW is not doing well, just reduce the bids and see if you are able to get any low cost sales.
