Apparently the WK181C has a beefier piston rod than the WK180C.
Its a better piston ppl mad it didnt go onto gen one 180 rifles for the 556

Hey man. Thanks for the video. I got mine in .556. But it’s not chambering a next round. Any idea why? I was thinking it had to do with the gas but I need to look into that more. 556 let’s you have 10 rounds in the mag and those mags can attachable mags giving you 20 rounds. But I do like 7.62 too. I have a m+m mx10 in 7.62. Stay cool.
Here’s some suggestions off the cuff Try new mags (might be a weak spring) Try to take off/ put a new muzzle device on Clean the rifle and lube it with quality lube Shoot brass case

Thanks for the review man! I’d love your opinion comparing this to the BCL SRV2 in .556.
I have both I can give a bit of a insight So for the wk, if you’re planning on putting a muzzle break (I had a blast diffuser over the break) on it, gotta be careful because the gun is already super over gassed so I had a problem with the gas piston going too far back making it slip out of the gas tube track causing a range day ending malfunction due to you needing you take the entire gun apart to be able to put the gas piston back It’s also a really dirty gun compared to the SRV, you’ll get black marks on your hands if you’re not wearing gloves (which the SRV doesn’t struggle with) Both guns are really similar maintenance wise, the SRV is easier to field clean because the gun doesn’t pop open when taken apart
Blunt force trauma can kill you. The force imparted by the .300 WM, even without full penetration, could cause a fatal injury. Certainly a serious/critical injury.
If someone is after you with those kind of rounds, it's probably just your time.
Can you do a video shooting a MiRA lvl 4 plate at long range? (300-400meters)

It didn’t go through. The back material was cut from the metal it was placed against.

What kinda of accuracy is your mark 2 getting ? I have an FV and it probably has 30-40k rounds on it. Had it since 2013. I remember it used to be nuts but I shot it for groups the other day and it’s only getting .8-1” groups at 50m
I was shooting around 40m here, and with the original chassis the grouping was around 0.75”, and then after switching it to the MDT LSS Gen2 I got a grouping of 0.375”.

I’m not sure what you’re asking.
You don't! Mags are modified so the don't accept more than 5 rounds for a simi- auto.
it’s exaclty like how it works in certain states in the US, the mags are pinned to stop more than the allowed limit
@@benteal2331 Correct. There may be confusion after I reloaded and shot 6 rounds in succession. That’s because when I dropped the first mag, I still had a round in the chamber.

That’s awesome! This was a friend’s of mine. I own the WK181C Gen 2 and have had no issues. I don’t have 1000 rounds through it yet though 😅

Before starting my website, I asked my Public Affairs Officer about what approach to take. In order not to bring anything back to the organization, this is the approach I’m taking. I’ll likely start wearing sunglasses instead. The blur face is awkward and annoying to edit. Thanks for the comment. 👍

It's not prohibited. It's for sale...actually considered a non-restricted firearm in Canada hence you don't need to even register it.... But they are notorious for breaking.... They are literally the most popular unreliable semi auto for sale in canada. They are that bad.
@@nickf6794 There's another video of someone who fired 10,000 rounds through this rifle and he said how it was very reliable. There have been issues with the piston/gas system in the past, but these issues have been fixed.
I wanna get one or the 180
The 180 is better if you truly want that AR15 look and feel. With the AK mags in the 181, the bolt doesn’t stay at the rear, so when you go empty you have to rechamber a round, oppose to simply hitting the bolt-release on the 180 which uses AR mags.
Save yourself a ton of trouble and malfunctions and buy a raven
Buy a tavor or a type 81m instead

Whats your round count? Run into any issues? My first 300 rounds were a nightmare. I used Federal, Norinco, PPU, PMC and surplus. Issues with all ammo. Now it magically runs smoothly and the last couple range days were without issue but I still dont trust the reliability of it
I haven’t had any stoppages or failures to chamber a round. I’ve only shot Federal as well as S&B, non-corrosive. I made sure to oil it prior to shooting also. If I run into any problems I’ll be sure to update my review over on my website (tacticalgearguy.com)
