i met my now husband in vrchat lived with a huge distance (USA-Switzerland) for about 5 years and finally just moved in together. he visited me every 4months or so for about a month (luckly his job allowed him to do that) and we just made it work while we worked on our visa. "edating" works if you take it serious but most people only do it to fill a void which is where the "serial edater" comes from

Anyways Met my boyfriend on VRChat, we've been together for 2 years, living together for almost as long. Plan on getting married next year. "eDating" has a negative stigma to it but I see edating and being in a long distance relationship as 2 separate things, and alot of what people said in this video about getting to know people for who they are is true. It builds a really strong foundation

i would say dating online and especially in vrchat can work and can not work at the same time, it all depends on where you go, what community you are around and all that, some places are just all about drama and other places are all about lust, and finding a relationship from those places most likely will be cheating and drama and not work out. like the ones who met in FBT Heaven deals with drama and trashy relationships and all that because that's what that world is known for and people that mostly crave for it, if you try to make something from people who goes there, you will experience cheating and drama most likely. If you go to more lustful places all the time like Shanglai or Just H Party you will find people who are always lustful and mostly only has lustful friends that will make them cheat on you. if you know, you know. so i would give a tip that if you looking for something serious, don't find them in one of those places

ive been dating my partner who i met on vrchat for 4 months now, i live in america while he lives in the middle east. it's very hard whenever i think about how we're going to meet up / as well as religion barriers (atheist + muslim) that may affect our relationship in person. however, i still have lots of faith and i'm willing to do anything to make him happy. no matter how far we are and no matter how difficult it may be sometimes.

Me and my bf met on vrchat, specifically karaoke! We both weren't looking for someone at the time, just wanted to vibe and sing to some songs, and then boom we had a good time, it really clicked between us. lots of happiness, and the amount of the same interests and hobbies we had almost seemed too good to be true, and so much more. It happens when you least expect it. rest is history lol :)

I know i sound rude but ive been thru some shit and ive met so many people on vr who exaggerate or lie. i have beenn thru a lot but i dont sit there and put it in my bio (besides important stuff) or talk abt it nonstop. you gotta learn to move on and learn from it.

I'm in a vrchat couple too, and like they said, it's all in trust and personnality, we are beyond any physical considerations. We both agreed from the start we will never meet, we are both grrown up (>35), and happy together in vrc.
