So you has softmoded Xbox. Softmod was on old harddrive. You need to put softmod on this setup

u just write the image to the hard drive. the rest ia done on xbox . hopfully u know what your doing from there

no way that i know of to conect them the joysticks themselves have a pcd there connected to then from there to the propriatary encoder i tried to plug it in the the new encoder doeant detect. so instead of wasting time i just replaced and sold the parts on ebay had a buyer lined up right away. aperentlly like most arcade1up parts they dont last long

its allot of work tighly fitted i used what i know from building all the other arcades i'v done and applied it here trial and error . its tight i wouldnt reccomend it if your aim is 2 players just an option . like all arcade1ups its cramped . i only did this as request for a customer. wouldnt do it again not practical unless it was bigger. however then it wouldnt be practical . i dont know whos playing on the back of there door lol. a bartop makes more sence if this what your after. 60 in 1 is fine if thast all you want and dont have a 6 button layout. all images are available online for free . however most are not plug and play they need custom edditing and configuring to work properly

its ok as an image theres not allot avalible that works for a cocktail set up unless u custom configure everything. i would reccomend for ease the game elf vertical boards 412 games nothing fancy has all the classics just need the jamma harness and wire it up . wont have the higher end 6 button games with split screen 2 player but its so much easier than doing a pc build. theres no pi images that work for cocktail builds theres a specific script you need and its no existent for download anywhere i can find .

i shop around for parts its always different based on whats a avalible to you and where you are in the world prices are always different. also how you wanna do your build go all out or do it on the cheap. i stock parts when i see a good price cause i have so and so cabinet in storage ill get to a some point or another but you may only buy when u need ot based on your build but cause u need it now you will pay more. all depends on situation.

@@justin12327543 well I’m about to buy a used, in great shape cabinet like this and was just curious what it would take (a range would be fine) to upgrade it to play a boatload of games. It’s for my kids…mostly.

not all versions onlf the table support the mod only older versions dunno if you can downgrade the firmwarw thats hole other discusion

@@bencross24071 from what i understood newer versions were not working so thats what i was going off as i had the older wasnt a concern i needed to look into. but thats good if it no longer an issue as ill possibly get more in future.

just plugged it in the 2 usb ports . there pdp xbox controllers not original . havnt tried any others . since its worked. however wireless ones would be cool not like ill be far from the table anyway so did t see the point however less wires is good too. 8bitdo ussually have good compatibility. might try those i have one

Did you have to use a USB splitter? My 2nd port will not detect the 2nd controller.
