NICE WORK K-9 Barney & SRO Hill!
Yesterday MPD was named the 2024 recipient of the “Dr. Curtis E. McClung / Motorola Award of Excellence” by the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police (GACP). This award, which is co-sponsored by the Motorola Corporation, is given to an agency in recognition of an innovative program initiated by a department that fosters law enforcement excellence. We were nominated and selected for our “Crisis Intervention K-9 Program (Barney).”
