I live in Fulton hill ... don't come... seriously, do not come here. My neighbors disappeared and the old gay couple who were the first ones here are missing. There are very bad neighborhoods north and east of a five block neighborhood. Do not come here.

I like everything except the garage level. A single car garage and a more useable basement room would have been a better design choice. Also, I think you mention 3 full and 1 half bath at one point, but the video made it seem like it was 2 full bath (on the bedroom level), 1 half bath (on the kitchen level) and 1 half bath (on the garage level).
