Great video, question, I installed these on an 1875 Impact xs with the Shorelander trailer. When I step down on the first step, the steps rock to the right, when I walk up to the fourth, step, the steps rock to the left. This is caused because of the slots that allow you to make the steps level. I have added extra bolts and torqued everything to the max and it is still rocking. Have you experienced this and if you have, how did you remedy the problem?

How do you like your shallow water anchors? I’m thinking of getting some debating which. Up north 15’ would be great down south 10’ would be ok.

I have one of the really early versions of the Zebco 33 but it’s missing the anti-reverse parts.

Love the history of these. Great video. I have 13 zebco reels, a few 33's some in the micro series. I love the micros best and use them all the time. I also have a couple 22's, a gold and a legacy. They should bring back the 22. And then of course we all have the time tested 202 and 404 but I just display those now. I use the 808 on my trolling rod. All great reels.

Not sure about your information, you showed a 33 with the drain hole mounted on top. They will not work very well that way. Sorry, good bye!

I just put Boat EFX steps on my Impact 1875. Love them.

I purchased an Impact 1875 last spring, love it so far, got out of a bass boat. What size Lowrance are you running at the bow and what is the mount system up there?? I’m running a HDS 12 at console and a 9 at the bow. Thinking of upgrading to 2 9s at console and the 12 at bow.

I have also heard some people have drilled all the way through the gunnel and put a lock nut on the back side for the ones they could reach. Might be the only permanent solution

Looking for a solution to this as well. Was considering trying the zip tie method as I have heard good results on the Lund impact group.

Kev: Thanks for the video. Can you post a pic or give a description of the location of these screws on the boat. I'm guessing they aren't inside of the plastic lower part of the windshield assembly. New Impact owner so want to make sure I keep an eye on these. Was tightening some other screws already today. Thanks!

I fished some back in the late 80's into early 90's before life took over, most of my stuff is 30plus years old and some won money back in the day for me and then retired. Poe's Crankbaits are some old plugs I would still throw today.

I ordered the steps for my Basscat yesterday The said 2.5 weeks wait time. Also ordered 2 graph traps.

I started out buying random lots of fishing stuff/full tackle boxes on Ebay and yard sales, some to use, and some for picking out the oldest, funkiest things, regardless of it's rarity or value, to display at my lake house. I have them hung in shadow boxes, and I grouped together the spoons, spinners, crankbaits, topwater. I would guess that everything I have displayed is at least 50 years old, most much older. People enjoy looking at it, even if they don't fish!

That’s my go to. Call it “ole trusty” that and a Zara spook for a little top water action. Also love fishing at night (full moon) with a black buzz bait with a glitter sticker on the blades. Most fun you’ll have night fishing.

seeing old notes about the hds live... does it still allow direct connect from unit to c-map genesis source to pull the free maps? and while i'm at it. with current discounts on the Live... if it's 100 difference, is there any reason to get the elite fs 9 instead of a Live 9. any thing that elite does better?

with current discounts, the hds live is now about 100 more than the fs. i'm thinking for the screen, that's worth the upgrade. but i've heard the map setup is a little better on the elite. something about loading cmaps/genesis is different. Any comments on how that works?
