Sooo uh, do you think students in Japan are welcoming to foreigner students? I wanna go to Japan and to a Japanese school but im scared of bullying there lol
Not from Japan but I’ve heard as long as you’re respectful of their culture and customs you should be relatively fine..?? I know some people aren’t fond of foreigners but international schools should be more friendly
Hi! Sorry for the very late reply! I went to a public Japanese school and I wouldn't say they were welcoming to foreign students, I guess they choose to avoid us if we don't speak their language good enough because they get scared at speaking English. Mindsets are definitely a huge difference. I think I struggled with that the most. If you do go, float with their boat to an extent and at the same time don't let high school change your own personality! There were bullying during jhs but I think it has subsided nowadays. This is just my personal experience with a Japanese school, either way, you'll do great!

I’m currently living in Japan, I’ve been living here since Elementary, Grade 4, and now I’m in Junior High School Year 2, and next year I’m gonna be a Year 3, which means its gonna be my last year of Junior High School, and I will have to take a examination to pass to my dream Senior High School, and I was wondering, but I’m gonna try my best!! I’m wondering if Senior High School is hard? Or is it like Junior High school?
Senior High School for me was pretty much the same!! But I did have more friends and I had better focus on studies! I wish u all the luck for your Senior High!!

Indi ba hirap ang bata sa public school? Pano nya nasasagutan at naintidnihan ang teacher? How much tf po?
It's actually pretty hard po going to a public school pero I try my best to understand po but if not I ask teachers from my nihongo class for those topics I didn't exactly understand. Dahil po SHS na ako may tuition fee na po na mga 150k same din po sa mga gamit and uniforms if pinagsama :))

@@elishanavarrete does the school supports non speaking Japanese ? reason I asked, we are moving there and im checking some schools preferrably public school for my daughters both in elementary and highschool.
@@abe1903 Hello! My school does support Japanese non speaking students. My senior high school is included in one of the limited public schools with a japanese support in Tokyo. If you're moving to Japan, I suggest looking for elementary schools around the ward you are going to live in. Regarding your other kid looking for high schools, I think it's better to consult someone like the city ward or any friends or family here about what schools they recommend for your kid :))
